| Summary, etc. | Purpose: This thesis seeks to examine the interconnections of supply chain quality management <br/>methods, quality performance, and sustainable organizational performance in the Egyptian <br/>telecommunications sector. It tackles a significant deficiency in both theory and practice by <br/>examining how particular practices such as customer orientation, supply chain integration, supplier <br/>emphasis, information dissemination, and quality leadership directly impact quality performance. <br/>Additionally, it investigates the role of quality performance as a mediator in the link between these <br/>practices and sustainable results across economic, environmental, and social dimensions. <br/>Design/methodology/approach: A conceptual framework was developed and tested using a <br/>mixed-method research design. Structured questionnaires distributed to a representative sample of <br/>professionals in leading Egyptian telecommunications firms to collect the quantitative data. <br/>Qualitative insights were obtained through semi-structured interviews with industry experts. <br/>Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied using SmartPLS software, selected for its ability <br/>to handle complex models that include second-order constructs and mixed measurement models <br/>(reflective and formative). <br/>Findings: The findings confirm that supply chain quality management practices significantly <br/>enhance quality performance. Key contributors include effective information sharing, strong <br/>supplier and customer integration, and leadership commitment to quality. Quality performance <br/>also emerged as a key mediating factor in linking supply chain practices to sustainable <br/>organizational outcomes. <br/>Practical implications :This research provides actionable insights for telecommunications <br/>managers and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of quality leadership and digital <br/>transformation in achieving sustainable performance and competitive advantage. It demonstrates <br/>that quality management is not merely a support function, but a strategic pillar for resilience and <br/>long-term success in Egypt’s dynamic telecommunications sector. <br/>Social implications: The study highlights how supply chain quality management and improved <br/>quality performance contribute to sustainable outcomes across environmental, social, and <br/>economic dimensions, supporting broader societal goals of sustainability and responsible <br/>business practices. <br/>Originality/value :This research makes valuable contributions to both academic literature and <br/>industry practice. Theoretically, it clarifies the central role of quality performance in achieving <br/>sustainability through supply chain quality management—an area often overlooked in previous <br/>studies. |

| Summary, etc. | الهدف:يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة الترابط بين أساليب إدارة جودة سلاسل الإمداد، وجودة الأداء، والأداء التنظيمي المستدام في قطاع الاتصالات المصري. ويعالج فجوة مهمة في الجانب النظري والعملي من خلال فحص كيفية تأثير ممارسات محددة - مثل توجّه العملاء، تكامل سلاسل الإمداد، التركيز على المورّدين، تبادل المعلومات، والقيادة الداعمة للجودة - بشكل مباشر على جودة الأداء. كما يستكشف دور جودة الأداء كمتغير وسيط يربط بين هذه الممارسات والنتائج المستدامة عبر الأبعاد الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية.<br/>المنهجية:تم تطوير إطار مفاهيمي واختباره باستخدام منهج بحثي مختلط. جُمعت البيانات الكمية من خلال استبيانات موزعة على عيّنة ممثّلة من العاملين في الشركات المصرية الرائدة في مجال الاتصالات. كما تم الحصول على رؤى نوعية من خلال مقابلات شبه مهيكلة مع خبراء في القطاع. وتم استخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) عبر برنامج SmartPLS نظراً لقدراته العالية في التعامل مع النماذج المعقدة التي تتضمن متغيرات من الدرجة الثانية ونماذج قياس مختلطة (انعكاسية وتكوينية).<br/>النتائج:تؤكد النتائج أنّ ممارسات إدارة جودة سلاسل الإمداد تعزّز جودة الأداء بشكل ملموس. ويُعد تبادل المعلومات بفعالية، والتكامل القوي مع المورّدين والعملاء، والتزام القيادة بالجودة من أبرز العوامل المساهمة. كما أثبتت الدراسة أن جودة الأداء تمثل عاملاً وسيطاً محورياً في الربط بين ممارسات سلاسل الإمداد والنتائج التنظيمية المستدامة.<br/>الآثار التطبيقية:يقدم هذا البحث رؤى قابلة للتطبيق لمديري الاتصالات وصانعي السياسات، حيث يبرز أهمية القيادة الواعية بالجودة والتحول الرقمي في تحقيق الأداء المستدام والميزة التنافسية. ويُظهر أن إدارة الجودة ليست مجرد وظيفة داعمة، بل ركيزة استراتيجية لتعزيز المرونة والنجاح طويل المدى في قطاع الاتصالات المصري.<br/>الآثار الاجتماعية:توضح الدراسة كيف تساهم إدارة جودة سلاسل الإمداد وتحسين جودة الأداء في تحقيق نتائج مستدامة على المستويات البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بما يدعم الأهداف المجتمعية الأوسع المتعلقة بالاستدامة وممارسات الأعمال المسؤولة.<br/>الأصالة والقيمة:يقدم هذا البحث إسهامات مهمة على المستويين الأكاديمي والعملي. فمن الناحية النظرية، يسلّط الضوء على الدور المحوري لجودة الأداء في تحقيق الاستدامة عبر إدارة جودة سلاسل الإمداد - وهو جانب غالباً ما تم إغفاله في الدراسات السابقة. |
