Summary, etc. In the current thesis, white bean straw (WBS), an underutilized agricultural residue, is <br/>investigated as a low-cost biosorbent for the removal of with various classes of dyes, <br/>including Malachite Green (MG), a cationic dye; Alizarin Red S (ARS), an anionic <br/>dye; and Methyl Red (MR), an anionic azo dye. from aqueous solutions. To enhance <br/>its adsorption capacity for ARS, WBS was modified by loading it with aluminum oxide <br/>nanoparticles (Al₂O₃-NPs) synthesized from recycled aluminum beverage cans. This <br/>green synthesis approach not only adds value to agricultural and urban waste but also <br/>contributes to circular economy strategies by promoting waste-to-resource conversion. <br/>The adsorption performance of the biosorbent was evaluated through batch <br/>experiments under different conditions. This was addressed by determining the effects <br/>of temperature, pH, adsorbent dose, contact time, particle size, and dye concentration <br/>on the adsorption efficiency

Summary, etc. تتناول الدراسة استخدام قش الفاصوليا البيضاء (WBS)، وهو نفايات زراعية منخفضة التكلفة، كممتز حيوي لإزالة الأصباغ الكاتيونية والأنيونية من المياه الملوثة. أظهر WBS الخام كفاءة عالية في إزالة الأصباغ، حيث بلغت 98.2% للمالاكيت جرين و95.7% للميثيل رد و61.2% للأليزارين ريد S، مع توافق النتائج مع نموذج فروندليش ومعادلة الحركية شبه الثانية. تم تعزيز الكفاءة بتحميل نانو أكسيد الألومنيوم (Al₂O₃) على القش، مما رفع إزالة الأليزارين ريد إلى 80.12%. في نظام العمود الثابت، بلغت السعة القصوى 28.96 ملغم/غم للمالاكيت جرين، مع توصيف جيد لمنحنيات الاختراق باستخدام نماذج Adams-Bohart وThomas وYoon-Nelson. التحليل الاقتصادي أظهر أن تكلفة معالجة المتر المكعب من المياه باستخدام WBS بلغت 1.12 دولار فقط، أي أقل بنسبة 69% من الكربون المنشط التجاري، مما يؤكد جدواه الاقتصادية واستدامته.
