Summary, etc. This thesis evaluates six deep learning models—YOLOv11x, YOLOv8x, ResNet-50, VGG19, GoogLeNet, and SqueezeNet—for classifying mature and immature white blood cells in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) using the Munich AML Morphology Dataset. The dataset comprises 18,365 single-cell images and was partitioned into training, validation, and testing sets. To address class imbalance, we applied multiple balancing techniques. Model performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, and F1-score. Across all experiments, YOLOv11x achieved the best results, reaching 96% accuracy. These findings underscore the promise of advanced YOLO architectures for reliable, automated AML detection.

Summary, etc. تُقيّم هذه الأطروحة ستة نماذج للتعلم العميق [YOLOv11x، YOLOv8x، ResNet-50، VGG19، Google Net، وSqueeze Net] لتصنيف خلايا الدم البيضاء الناضجة وغير الناضجة في سرطان الدم النخاعي الحاد باستخدام مجموعة بيانات ميونخ لعلم مورفولوجيا سرطان الدم النخاعي الحاد. قُسِّمت مجموعة البيانات، التي تضم 18,365 صورة أحادية الخلية، إلى مجموعات تدريب وتحقق واختبار، مع تقليل اختلال توازن الفئات باستخدام طرق مختلفة . قُيِّمت النماذج باستخدام معايير الدقة والتذكر والخصوصية ودرجة F1. تشير النتائج إلى أن YOLOv11x حقق أقصى أداء بدقة 96%. تُظهر هذه النتائج إمكانات هياكل YOLO المتقدمة للكشف الآلي والموثوق عن سرطان الدم النخاعي الحاد
