| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة أهمية وتأثير إدارة للمخاطر والأزمات على الأداء المؤسسى وإبراز فاعليتها وإرتباطها بالسلامة والصحة المهنية كجزء أصيل لا يتجزء منها بالدلائل النظريه والوقائع العلمية، واشارة الي حالة القصور فى تلك المسألة لحالة الدراسة. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى الذى يقوم على إستنتاج أفكار محددة من ظاهرة علمية ، ومزج ذلك بتحليل واقعى يربط بين التشخيص والمعالجات من جهة ، والواقع الحقيقى من جهة أخرى ليصل فى النهاية إلى قواعد عامة تحقق أهداف الدراسة . وفى سبيل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمت الإستعانة بالعديد من الدراسات السابقة والتقارير المتخصصة والمراجع المختلفة ، التى ساعدت الباحث فى تحليل الأفكار وربطها مع بعضها البعض بصورة منطقية وعملية. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بقسم نقل بورتوفيق – إدارة الخدمات – بهيئة قناة السويس من (120) فرد من المستويات الوظيفية المختلفة.ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة :<br/>ثبوت صحة الفرض الرئيس أنه لا يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية " لإدارة المخاطر والأزمات على الأداء المؤسسى " فى التطبيق لحالة الدراسة نظراً لعدم وجود إدارة أزمات بالهيكل التنظيمى لحالة الدراسة.ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة :<br/>ضرورة انشاء إدارة أو مركزاً مستقلاً للمخاطر والأزمات بالهيكل التنظيمى لها يتضمن قسم السلامة والصحة المهنية، لما لذلك من نتائج إيجابية على تحسين الأداء المؤسسى وهذا ما اثبتته الدراسات السابقة في نفس الموضوع . |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to know the business's use of risks and situations at the local level, the excrement of its perpetrator, and its connection to occupational safety as an integral part, not part of it, with theoretical evidence and scientific facts, and to point out the shortcomings in those arising from the case of the study. The researcher may follow the first descriptive analysis, which is based on deducing other specific ideas from the scientific phenomenon, and linking that to a real analysis that links diagnosis and treatments on the one hand, and real reality on the other hand, in order to reach general requirements and achieve the objectives of the study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, many previous studies, specialized reports, and various references were used, which helped the researcher in analyzing the ideas and linking them to each other in a logical and practical manner. The study population consisted of (120) individuals working in the Port Tawfiq Transport Department - Services Department - at the Suez Canal Authority.Among the most important results reached by the study:Proving the validity of the main hypothesis is that there is no statistically significant effect of “risk and crisis management on institutional performance” in the application to the case study due to the lack of crisis management in the organizational structure of the case study.Among the most important results reached by the study:The most important recommendations of the study are:It is necessary to establish an independent department or center for risks and crises, with its organizational structure including an occupational safety and health department, because of its positive results in improving institutional performance, and this is what previous studies on the same subject have proven. |
