Summary, etc. PV controller is optimized when combined with loads utilizing <br/>converters. The technique to control the converter is based on algorithms <br/>that have been developed and optimized for detected MPP. Current <br/>researches in this field are focused on new and more flexible ways to <br/>change the size of the duty ratio step. In this thesis, a water pumping <br/>system was designed by determining the land area, climate, and the water <br/>well size to design the size of the motor used and the panels number with <br/>the appropriate type of converter, then designing a step size control unit <br/>for the operating ratio to track MPP of the system. The controller <br/>technique depends on training data which include in voltages that give <br/>MPP for different irradiance ,these data are used to design the rule base <br/>to determine the reference voltage. Finally, different scenarios were <br/>implemented to verify the efficiency of the proposed controller and <br/>compare it with another controller. The results showed that the proposed <br/>controller monitors the MPP in a short time with minimal error under <br/>large changes in environmental conditions than its counterpart

Summary, etc. في هذا البحث تم تصميم نظام ضخ مياه مع خزان لحفظ الطاقة الزائدة على هئية مياه، اعتمد هذا التصميم على معلومات عن كمية المياه المطلوبة باستخدام برامج من منظمة الفاو للغذاء وبالتالي تم تحديد حجم المحرك وعدد الألواح الشمسية مع نوع محول التيار المناسب، ثم تصميم وحدة تحكم لايجاد اقصى طاقة باستخدام خوارزمية الاستدلال العصيى الضبابى. تعتمد هذه الخوارزمية على بيانات التدريب المتضمنة على اقصى جهد يمكن الحصول عليه من درجات الحرارة و الاشعاع المختلفة، بذلك يتم التدريب على تصميم قاعدة القواعد الخاصة به لتحديد الجهد المرجعي الذي يعطي اقصى طاقة. تم تنفيذ سيناريوهات محاكاة مختلفة للنظام للتحقق من كفاءة الخوارزم المقترح ومقارنته مع خوارزم المنطق الضبابي الكلاسيكي، أظهرت نتائج المحاكاة أن الخوارزم المقترح يصل إلى أقصى نقطة طاقة فى وقت قصير مع أقل خطأ في ظل تغيرات الظروف البيئية مقارنة بنظيره.
