| Summary, etc. | الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تطبيق ومعرفة تأثير التكامل بين إدارة المشروعات وإدارة الجودة بهدف تحسين الأداء في مشاريع التشييد والبناء وتقييم أثر هذا التكامل من أجل معرفة أفضل الطرق للوصول الي تحسين الأداء من أجل تحقيق أهداف المشروعات، التكامل بين إدارة الجودة وإدارة المشروعات له تأثير كبير وإيجابي على أداء مشاريع التشييد، من خلال تحسين الكفاءة والجودة والالتزام بالوقت والتكلفة، مما يؤدي في النهاية الي تحقيق نجاح أكبر في المشاريع ورضا أكبر من العملاء. ويعد تطبيق التكامل بين إدارة المشروعات وإدارة الجودة هدف مهم من أجل توفير المال والوقت والجودة المناسبة طبقا للمواصفات الفنية للمشروع وكما يجب التحكم في تكاليف المشروع من خلال خطة مالية دقيقة وتوفير وقت المشروع من خلال عمل برنامج زمنى للمشروع والالتزام ودراسة كافة معوقات تنفيذ المشروع والعمل على إزالتها ويجب الالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة والصحة المهنية وارضاء العميل حتى تتحقق أهداف المشروع. وهذه الدراسة تساهم في فهم أهمية التكامل بين إدارة المشروع وإدارة الجودة وكيفية تفاعل هاتين الإدارتين معا لتحقيق نتائج أفضل في مشاريع التشييد والبناء.القيمة المضافة هنا هي التأكيد على أن إدارة الجودة ليست مسؤولية منفصله، بل يجب أن تكون جزء من إدارة المشروع ككل لتحقيق الأداء الافضل، والدراسة توضح كيف يمكن تحسين الأداء في مشاريع التشييد والبناء من خلال استخدام منهجيات وتقنيات إدارة المشروعات الحديثة التى تدعم إدارة الجودة. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this study is to apply and know the impact of integration between project management and quality management in order to improve performance in construction projects and evaluate the impact of this integration in order to know the best ways to reach improved performance in order to achieve the goals of the projects. Integration between quality management and project management has a significant and positive impact on the performance of construction projects, by improving efficiency, quality and commitment to time and cost, which ultimately leads to greater success in projects and greater customer satisfaction. The application of integration between project management and quality management is an important goal in order to save money, time and appropriate quality according to the technical specifications of the project, as well as controlling project costs through an accurate financial plan and saving project time by making a timetable for the project, commitment and studying all obstacles to the implementation of the project and working to remove them, and must adhere to occupational safety and health requirements and customer satisfaction in order to achieve the goals of the project. |
