| Summary, etc. | استهدفت هذه الدراسة تقييم مدي توافر الجوانب الأخلاقية المهنية، والقانونية، والمجتمعية في الممارسات التحريرية للعلاقات العامة بعينة من المواد التحريرية لبنوك القطاعين العام والخاص العاملة في مصر، وكذلك الكشف عن تأثير العوامل التنظيمية والمهنية والمجتمعية علي المعايير الأخلاقية الذاتية التي يلتزم بها ممارسو الاتصال التحريري، مع التعرف علي أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين منظمات القطاعين العام والخاص من حيث مستوي التزامهم بالجوانب الأخلاقية في الممارسات التحريرية لممارس العلاقات العامة، وكذا من حيث العوامل المؤثرة علي هذا المستوي من الالتزام، وذلك من خلال دراستين: دراسة تحليلية لعينة من النصوص المكتوبة [رسائل تحريرية Newsletters، وما تتضمنه من قوالب فنية مختلفة] بالمواقع الإلكترونية الرسمية، وصفحات الفيس بوك الرسمية لعينة من بنوك القطاع العام (بنك مصر، والمصرف المتحد)، وعينة أخري من بنوك القطاع الخاص (التجاري الدولي - مصر CIB، وعَودة - مصر)، ودراسة أخري ميدانية علي عينة من القائمين بعملية الاتصال التحريري بالبنوك عينة الدراسة قوامها (8) مفردات. واستخدمت الدراسة نموذج جيرهارد مالتزكGerhard Maletzke للعوامل المؤثرة علي أخلاقيات الممارسات التحريرية التي يقدمها القائم بالاتصال التنظيمي، وأدوات تحليل المضمون، والمقابلات المتعمقة. |

| Summary, etc. | This Study Aimed To Evaluate The Availability of Professional, Legal and Societal Ethical Aspects In The Editorial Practices of PR In A Sample of Editorial Contents of Public and Private Sector Banks Operating In Egypt, as Well as To Reveal The Impact of Organizational, Professional and Societal Factors on The Subjective Ethical Standards of Editorial Communication Practitioners, and Identifying The Similarities and Differences Between Public and Private Sector Organizations in Terms of Their Level of Commitment To The Ethical Aspects In PR Practitioner's Editorial Practices, as Well as Identifying The Factors Affecting This Level of Commitment. This Achieved By Two Studies: An Analytical Study of A Sample of Written Texts (Newsletters, and Different Technical Formats They Include) On Official Websites, and Official Facebook Pages of A Sample of Public Sector Banks (Banque Misr, and United Bank (UB)), and Another Sample of Private Sector Banks (Commercial International Bank (CIB), and Audi – Egypt), In Addition to A Field Study on A Sample of Those In Charge of The Editorial Communication Process In the Banks Stated Above. The Field Study Sample Consists of (8) respondents.<br/>The Study Used "Gerhard Malatzke Model" For The Factors Affecting on The Editorial Practices' Ethics Provided By The Organizational Communicator, as well as Content Analysis, and In-depth Interviews as Tools to Collect Data. |
