| Summary, etc. | This thesis is concerned with the development of various analytical methods for the determination of selected active pharmaceutical ingredients that require therapeutic drug monitoring relevant with a particular focus on applications in point of care testing. The work includes the design of a green solid-state electrochemical sensor for the determination of vildagliptin, a photonic sensor based on a porous silicon platform for the sensitive and selective detection of ticagrelor, and a blue-shifted carbon dots-based fluorimetric probe for the quantification of ticagrelor.<br/>The aim of this study is to establish methods that are simple, sensitive, and selective, enabling rapid, on-site analysis of the targeted drugs in pure powder, pharmaceutical preparations, and/or spiked biological matrices.<br/>This thesis is divided into four chapters in addition to summaries in English and Arabic:<br/>Chapter I: General Introduction and Literature Review.<br/><br/>Chapter II: Optimization and Evaluation of Potentiometric Sensing Membranes for Vildagliptin Determination: A Sustainable Approach Incorporating Whiteness and Greenness Assessment<br/>Chapter III: Photonic Sensor for Selective Ticagrelor Detection Based on Porous Silicon Fabry- Pérot Interferometer Modified with Molecularly Imprinted Co- polymer<br/>Chapter IV: Blue Shifted Carbon Dots-Based Fluorescent Probe for<br/>Determination of Ticagrelor: A Dual Method Evaluation via AGREE and BAGI.<br/>Chapter V: General Conclusion |

| Summary, etc. | تتناول هذه الرسالة تطوير عدد من الطرق التحليلية لتقدير بعض المواد الدوائية الفعّالة التي تتطلب مراقبة دوائية علاجية، مع تركيز خاص على التطبيقات المرتبطة بالفحص في نقاط الرعاية وتشمل هذه الدراسة تصميم حساس كهروكيميائي صلب صديق للبيئة لتقدير الفيلداغلبتين، وحساس فوتوني يعتمد على منصة السيليكون المسامي للكشف الحساس والانتقائي عن التيكاغريلور، بالإضافة إلى مسبار ذات انبعاث معتمد على النقاط الكربونية زرقاء الإزاحة ويهدف هذا العمل إلى تطوير طرق تحليلية بسيطة وحساسة وانتقائية تمكّن من إجراء التحليل السريع في موقع الاختبار للأدوية المستهدفة سواء في الصورة النقية، أو في المستحضرات الصيدلانية، و/أو في العينات الحيوية المدعمة.<br/>وتنقسم هذه الرسالة إلى خمسة فصول بالإضافة إلى ملخصين باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وذلك على النحو التالي:<br/>الفصل الأول: مقدمة عامة واستعراض للأدبيات العلمية.<br/>الفصل الثاني: تحسين وتقييم أغشية الاستشعار الجهدي لتقدير فيلداجليبتين: نهج مستدام يتضمن تقييم الإستدامة والصداقة البيئية.<br/>الفصل الثالث: تطوير حساس بصري فوتوني لتقدير تيكاجريلور باستخدام بوليمر مطبوع جزيئيًا على سطح السيليكون المسامي.<br/>الفصل الرابع: مسبار ذات انبعاث لصفي معتمد على النقاط الكربونية زرقاء الإزاحة لتقدير التيكاجريلور: تقييم مزدوج باستخدام أداة تقييم الكيمياء التحليلية الخضراء ومؤشر الزرقة.<br/>الفصل الخامس: الخلاصة العامة. |
