| Summary, etc. | <br/>Background:The absence of stable attachments and safe environments increases the risk of identity confusion in adolescents. Orphaned adolescents are particularly vulnerable due to lack of parental care, early abuse experiences, and limited social support. Understanding the links between victimization, social skills and identity confusion is essential for developing interventions that enhance resilience and healthy psychosocial development.Aim of the study: Assess the relationship between victimization, social skills and identity confusion among adolescents in orphanages.Design: A descriptive correlational research design was utilized. Sample: A purposive sample consisting of 191 adolescent orphans who met the inclusion criteria were included or participated in the study. Setting: This study was conducted at Cairo governorate; Dar El-Hanaorphanage in Misr Elkadima, middle Cairo for male orphans; Awlady orphanages in El-Maadi, south Cairo for male and female adolescent's orphans, and El Mebara orphanage in Misr Elkadima, middle Cairo for female orphans. Tools: three tools were used for data collection: Personal and medical data sheet, abuse experience scale, social skills scale and identity confusion scale. Results: More than one third of adolescent's orphans had moderate level of psychological abuse, while minority had high level of psychological abuse. However, less than one fifth suffer moderate level of neglect and sexual abuse respectively, while minority reports high levels of sexual abuse respectively, most of the adolescent's orphans had moderate level of social skills. As well as, three quarters of adolescent's orphans had moderate levels of identity confusion, while minority of them had high levels of identity confusion. Moreover, there was a highly statistically significant correlation between social skills and abuse experience, There was highly significant correlation between identity confusion and abuse experience. As well as, there was highly significant correlation between social skills and identity confusion. Conclusion:There was a highly statistically significant negative correlation between abuse experience and social skills. Also, there was a highly statistically significant positive correlation between abuse experience and identity confusion among orphans at orphanages.Recommendations: psycho-educational program for orphanages caregivers, enhancing interdisciplinary intervention, fostering resilience and healthy psychosocial developmentin orphanage environments. |

| Summary, etc. | الخلفية العلميه: يؤدي غياب الارتباطات المستقرة والبيئات الآمنة إلى زيادة خطر حدوث ارتباك الهوية لدى المراهقين. ويُعد المراهقون الأيتام من الفئات الأكثر عرضة للخطر نتيجة لافتقارهم إلى الرعاية الوالدية، وتعرضهم المبكر لإساءة المعاملة، وضعف الدعم الاجتماعي. ويُعد فهم العلاقة بين التعرض للإساءة، والمهارات الاجتماعية، وارتباك الهوية أمرًا ضروريًا لتطوير تدخلات فعّالة تسهم في تعزيز المرونة النفسية والنمو النفسي والاجتماعي السليم.هدف الدراسة يتمثل في تقييم خبرات الإساءة والمهارات الاجتماعية وارتباك الهوية بين المراهقيين في دور الايتام.التصميم البحثي: تم استخدام تصميم بحثي وصفي ارتباطي. العينة: تم اختيار عينة غرضيه مكونة من 190 مراهقًا من الأيتام ممن استوفوا معايير الاشتراك بالبحث. مكان البحث: أُجريت هذه الدراسة في ثلاث دور أيتام بمحافظة القاهرة، وهي: دار الهنا للأيتام بمصر القديمة (للذكور)، جمعية أولادي للأيتام بالمعادي (للذكور والإناث)، ودار المبرة للأيتام بمصر القديمة (للإناث). الأدوات: تم استخدام ثلاث أدوات لجمع البيانات، وهي: استمارة البيانات الشخصية والطبية، مقياس خبرات الإساءة في الطفوله، مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية، ومقياس ارتباك الهوية. وكلها مصممه بالغه العربيه. النتائج:أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر من ثلث المراهقين الأيتام تعرضوا لمستوى متوسط من الإساءة النفسية، بينما أفادت نسبة قليلة بتعرضهم لمستوى مرتفع من الإساءة النفسية. كما أن أقل من خُمس العينة عانوا من مستوى متوسط من الإهمال والإساءة الجنسية على التوالي، في حين أبلغت نسبة ضئيلة عن مستويات مرتفعة من الإساءة الجنسية.وأوضحت النتائج أن معظم المراهقين الأيتام يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من المهارات الاجتماعية. كما تبين أن ثلاثة أرباعهم يعانون من مستوى متوسط من اضطراب الهوية، بينما ظهرت مستويات مرتفعة من ارتباك الهوية لدى نسبةقليلة منهم.كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عالية بين المهارات الاجتماعية وخبرات الإساءة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عالية بين ارتباك الهوية وخبرات الإساءة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عالية بين المهارات الاجتماعية وارتباك الهوية.الخلاصه: تتلخص الدراسه في وجود علاقة ارتباط سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية عالية بين خبرات الإساءة والمهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأيتام المقيمين في دور الأيتام. كما وُجدت علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عالية بين خبرات الإساءة وارتباك الهوية لدى الأيتام في دور الرعاية. التوصيات: ضرورة اعدادبرامج تعليمية لمقدمي الرعاية في دور الأيتام، وتعزيز التدخلات متعددة التخصصات، والعمل على تنمية المرونة النفسية ودعم النمو النفسي والاجتماعي الصحي داخل بيئات دور الأيتام. |
