| Summary, etc. | <br/>In this study, a new economic operation scheme for hybrid microgrids is proposed using a variable cost-based droop control. The proposed scheme integrates the cost function of the distributed generating units into the primary control level and adjusts the resultant droop characteristics to obtain the secondary control level, thereby obviating the necessity of incorporating a tertiary control layer. Moreover, a novel DC-normalized cost-based droop is introduced to overcome the voltage drop originated from DC feeder impedance and to fulfill the economic operation requirements for the DC subgrid. The proposed scheme retains the ease of application and non-centralized operational structure associated with droop-based control. The proposed technique employs the Walrus Optimization Algorithm (WaOA) to optimize the resultant droop and is tested on IEEE 6-bus and IEEE-38 bus hybrid microgrids test systems to evaluate the operational performance of the proposed approach. |

| Summary, etc. | في هذه الدراسة، تم اقتراح نظام تشغيل اقتصادي جديد للشبكات المصغّرة الهجينة، باستخدام نظام تحكم الانحدار المتغير القائم على التكلفة. يدمج النظام المقترح دالة تكلفة وحدات التوليد الموزعة في طبقة التحكم الأساسي، ويضبط خصائص الانحدار الناتج للحصول على مستوى التحكم الثانوي، مما يُلغي الحاجة إلى طبقة التحكم الثالثة. ايضا، تم تقديم انحدار جديد موحد على اساس التكلفة للتغلب على انخفاض الجهد الناتج عن معاوقة خطوط التيار المستمر، ولتلبية متطلبات التشغيل الاقتصادي للشبكة الفرعية للتيار المستمر. يحافظ النظام المقترح على بساطة ولامركزية نظام التحكم التقليدي في الانخفاض. تستخدم التقنية المقترحة خوارزمية تحسين الفظ، وتم اختبارها على أنظمة المصغّرة الهجينة ذات ناقل IEEE-6و38 IEEE- لإثبات أداء النظام المقترح. |
