| Summary, etc. | هدفت البحث الحالي إلى تعرُّف واقع المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم قبل الجامعي بالكويت، وأهم معوقات المشاركة المجتمعية، ووضع رؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم قبل الجامعي من خلال استبانة من إعداد الباحثة طبقتها على عينة تكونت من عدد (306) من مديري مدارس التعليم العام بدولة الكويت، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك لمناسبة هذا المنهج لطبيعة البحث الحالي.وأشارت أهم نتائج البحث إلى ضعف ثقافة المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم قبل الجامعي بالكويت، وعدم وضوح رسالة التعليم العام عند معظم القيادات المجتمعية، وانخفاض المردود من المشاركة مقارنةً بتكلفتها، وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث تم وضع رؤية مستقبلية لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم قبل الجامعي. |

| Summary, etc. | The present study aimed to examine the reality of community participation in pre-university education in Kuwait, identify the key obstacles to such participation, and propose a future vision to enhance community engagement in pre-university education. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire and administered it to a sample of 306 public school principals in Kuwait. The study employed a descriptive methodology, as it was deemed appropriate for the nature of the research.The study’s key findings highlighted a weak culture of community participation in pre-university education in Kuwait, a lack of clarity regarding the mission of public education among most community leaders, and a low return on participation compared to its cost. Based on these findings, a future vision was proposed to activate community participation in pre-university education. |
