| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف العلاقة بين سلوك التنمر للمراهقات في دور الرعاية البديلة والرحمة بالذات لدى الأمهات البديلات، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) فتاةً في دور الرعاية تراوحت أعمارهن بين (12 و 18 عامًا) بمتوسط عمري قدره (23,15) وانحراف معياري قدره (3,31) ، كما شملت العينة أيضًا (130) أمًّا من الأمهات البديلات في دور الرعاية البديلة تراوحت أعمارهن بين (30 و 55 عامًا) بمتوسط عمري قدره (41,62 ) وانحراف معياري قدره (8,57 )، وتم تطبيق مقياس الرحمة بالذات (Neff,2003b - ترجمة الباحثة)، ومقياس التنمر للمراهقين (إعداد: مجدي الدسوقي، 2016)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرحمة بالذات لدى الأمهات البديلات وسلوك التنمر لدى المراهقات في دور الرعاية البديلة. وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة من المراهقات على مقياس سلوك التنمر تبعًا لمرتفعات ومنخفضات الرحمة بالذات للأمهات البديلات، كما أشارت الدراسة إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بسلوك التنمر لدى الفتيات في دور الرعاية البديلة من خلال الرحمة بالذات لدى الأمهات البديلات. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to determine the relationship between bullying behavior in adolescent girls residing in foster care and the level of self-compassion among their foster mothers. The sample consisted of 150 girls in foster care, aged between 12 and 18 years, with a mean age of 15.23 years (SD = 3.31). The sample of foster mothers included 30 participants, aged between 30 and 55 years, with a mean age of 41.62 years (SD = 8.57). The Self-Compassion Scale (Neff, 2003b), translated by the researcher, and the Bullying Scale for Adolescents (prepared by Magdy El-Dessouki, 2016) were applied. The study found a statistically significant negative correlation between the level of self-compassion among foster mothers and bullying behavior among adolescent girls in foster care. Significant differences were also found between the mean scores of the adolescent sample on the bullying behavior scale depending on whether the foster mothers had high or low levels of self-compassion. Additionally, the study indicated that it is possible to predict bullying behavior through the level of self-compassion among foster mothers. |
