| Summary, etc. | تناولت الدِّراسة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النّفسي والتّعاطف، ودورهما في التّنبؤ بالاندماج المهني لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمرحلة الثّانويةـ تكونت عينة الدِّراسة من (169) أخصائيين المرحلة الثّانوية. هدفت الدِّراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الاحتراق النّفسي والتّعاطف والاندماج المهني، والتّنبؤ بالاندماج المهني في ضوء مُتغيري الاحتراق النّفسي والتّعاطف. استخدمت الدِّراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التّنبؤي. تمثّلت أدوات الدِّراسة في مقياس الاحتراق النّفسي Burnout Inventory (Maslach Version) تعريب/ سليمان محمد سليمان الوابلي (1995)، مقياس التّعاطف، ومقياس الاندماج المهني (إعداد/ الباحثة). توصّلت نتائج الدِّراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاحتراق النّفسي والاندماج المهني، وعلاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التّعاطف والاندماج المهني، كذلك كشفت النّتائج عن إسهام كل من الاحتراق النّفسي والتّعاطف في التّنبؤ بالاندماج المهني. |

| Summary, etc. | The study examines the relationship between burnout and empathy and their role in predicting work engagement among social workers in secondary schools. The study sample consisted of 169 secondary school social workers. The study aimed to explore the relationship between burnout, empathy, and work engagement and to predict work engagement in light of burnout and empathy variables. The study employed the predictive correlational descriptive approach. The research tools included the Burnout Inventory (Maslach Version), adapted into Arabic by Suleiman Mohammed Suleiman Al-Wabli (1995), an Empathy Scale, and a Work Engagement Scale developed by the researcher. The findings revealed a statistically significant negative correlation between burnout and work engagement and a statistically significant positive correlation between empathy and work engagement. Additionally, the results showed that both burnout and empathy significantly contribute to predicting work engagement. |
