| Summary, etc. | يُعد التعليم الجامعي مرحلة أساسية لإعداد الخريجين مهنياً، حيث يزودهم بالمعرفة والمهارات الداعمة لأدائهم الوظيفي، وقد شهدت أقسام العمارة في الجامعات المصرية تحولاً ملحوظاً فى أنماط التدريس خلال جائحة كوفيد-19، حيث تطبيق التعليم المدمج كاستجابة طارئة، وعلى الرغم من انتهاء الجائحة، لا تزال بعض الأقسام تعتمد هذا النموذج نظراً لفوائده التعليمية، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم تأثير التعليم المدمج على أداء الخريجين، من خلال دراسة ميدانية تستهدف أصحاب العمل في السوق المصري، باعتبارهم الجهات المستقبلة لهم، وذلك لتحليل أدائهم الفعلي ومدى تأثرهم بهذه التجربة. |

Architecture departments in Egyptian universities have undergone a significant transformation in teaching methods during the COVID-19 pandemic, with blended learning being implemented as an emergency response. Despite the end of the pandemic, some departments continue to adopt this model due to its educational benefits. This research aims to assess the impact of blended learning on graduates' performance through a field study targeting employers in the Egyptian market, as they are the primary recipients of these graduates. The study seeks to analyze their actual performance and the extent to which it has been influenced by this experience. |
