| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على دور العلاقات العامة والإعلام في الإدارات التعليمية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتدريب مسئولي العلاقات العامة والإعلام بالإدارات التعليمية على مهارات الاتصال في ضوء التحول الرقمي للعمل جنبًا إلى جنب بما يعْرَف بالعلاقات العامة الإلكترونية أو الرقمية Online-PR، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال إعداد استبانة طُبِّقَتْ على عينة قوامها (39) مسئولاَ علاقاتٍ عامة وإعلام في الإدارات التعليمية بمديرية الجيزة التعليمية، ومقابلة شخصية مع بعض القيادات في الإدارات التعليمية لتعرُّف واقع الاحتياجات التدريبية لمهارات الاتصال اللازمة لمسئولي العلاقات العامة والإعلام بالإدارات التعليمية بالجيزة في ضوء التحول الرقمي من وجهة نظرهم، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها:• تَدَنِّي مهارات مسئول العلاقات العامة والإعلام عامةً، ومهارات الاتصال خاصةً في ضوء التحول الرقمي.•عدم وجود بطاقة وصف وظيفي لمسئولي العلاقات العامة والإعلام في الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الجيزة.•ندرة توافر برامج تدريبية أساسية لمزاولة العمل بالعلاقات العامة والإعلام من قِبَل الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين، حيث ينبغي أن يكون اجتياز هذه البرامج شرطًا أساسيا لمزاولة العمل في العلاقات العامة والإعلام، وأن تعاد هذه البرامج بعد تجدُّدها كل عام لضمان ملاحقة كل ما هو جديد ومواكبة سفينة التحول الرقمي.•عدم توافر إصدار دليل تدريبي دوري لمسئولي العلاقات العامة والإعلام قائم على تنمية مهارات الاتصال في ضوء التحول الرقمي لمواكبة كل جديد.•لا توجد تشريعات ولا نصوص قانونية تسهل عمل مسئول العلاقات العامة والإعلام وتُضْفِي عليه المشروعية والمصداقية وكافة النتائج القانونية المترتبة عليها. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of the research is to shed light on the role of public relations and media in educational administrations and to present a proposed plan for training public relations and media officials in educational administrations on communication skills in light of digital transformation, working alongside what is known as electronic or digital public relations (Online PR). The descriptive approach was used by preparing a survey administered to a sample of 39 public relations and media officials in the educational administrations of the Giza Educational Directorate, along with personal interviews with some leaders in educational administrations, to identify the actual training needs for communication skills required for public relations and media officials in Giza’s educational administrations in light of digital transformation from their perspective. The research arrived at a set of findings, the most important of which are:•The skills of public relations and media officials are generally low, particularly communication skills, in light of digital transformation.•There is no job description for public relations and media officials in educational administrations in Giza Governorate.•There is a scarcity of essential training programs for practicing public relations and media work provided by the Professional Academy for Teachers. Completing these programs should be a fundamental requirement for working in public relations and media, and they should be updated and repeated annually to ensure alignment with new developments and digital transformation.•There is no periodic training manual for public relations and media officials focused on developing communication skills in line with digital transformation to keep up with.•There are no laws or legal provisions that facilitate the work of public relations and media officials, granting them legitimacy, credibility, and all associated legal outcomes. |
