| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى التحقق من دور التعقل وبعض الوظائف التنفيذية في التنبؤ بمؤشرات الوقاية من الانتكاس لدى المتعافين من الاعتماد على المواد النفسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) فردًا من المتعافين الذكور، تراوحت أعمارهم من (21) إلى (40) سنة بمتوسط (30.8)، وانحراف معياري (5.9)، وتم استخدام استمارة المقابلة للبيانات الأساسية، واستبيان التعقل، واستبيان الكف المعرفي السلوكي، واختبار استروب، واستبيان الذاكرة العاملة، وقائمة المشتريات، واستبيان التنظيم الانفعالي، واستبيان مؤشرات الوقاية من الانتكاس، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية دالَّة بين كل من الكف المعرفي السلوكي والتنظيم الانفعالي والذاكرة العاملة وأبعاد التعقل الخمسة، ووجود علاقة طردية دالَّة بين كل من المؤشرات السلوكية والوجدانية والروحانية للوقاية من الانتكاس لدى الفرد، وأبعاد التعقل الخمسة، وارتبط كل من البُعد السلوكي والوجداني والروحاني لمؤشرات الوقاية من الانتكاس بكل من الكف المعرفي السلوكي، والتنظيم الانفعالي، والذاكرة العاملة، كما أمكن لكل من أبعاد التعقل الخمسة والكف المعرفي السلوكي، والتنظيم الانفعالي، والذاكرة العاملة التنبؤ بالبُعد الروحاني للوقاية من الانتكاس، كما تنبأ الكف المعرفي السلوكي بكل من البُعد السلوكي، والروحاني، بينما تنبأ التنظيم الانفعالي والذاكرة العاملة بالبُعد الروحاني فقط، وأخيرًا ساهم التفاعل بين التعقل والوظائف التنفيذية في إمكانية مهارتي "الملاحظة"، و"عدم التفاعل مع الخبرات الداخلية"، وأيضًا التنظيم الانفعالي في التنبؤ بالبُعد المعرفي للوقاية من الانتكاس. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study aimed to verify the role of mindfulness and some executive functions (cognitive-behavioral inhibition, emotional regulation and working memory) in predicting relapse prevention indicators among recoverers from Psychoactive Substance Dependence. The study sample consisted of (50) male recoverers individuals, and the participants' ages ranged from (21) to (40) years, with average (30.8) and standard deviation (5.9). The interview form for basic data, the mindfulness questionnaire, the cognitive-behavioral inhibition questionnaire, Stroop Color-Word test to measure cognitive-behavioral inhibition, the working memory questionnaire, the shopping list to measure working memory, the emotional regulation questionnaire and the relapse prevention indicators questionnaire were used. the results showed a significant positive relationship between cognitive-behavioral inhibition, emotional regulation, and working memory and the five dimensions of mindfulness, and a significant positive relationship between each of the behavioral, emotional, and spiritual indicators of relapse prevention in the individual, and his ability to practice the five mindfulness skills. the behavioral, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the relapse prevention indicators related with each of cognitive-behavioral inhibition, emotional regulation, and working memory. The five dimensions of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral inhibition, emotional regulation, and working memory were able to predict the spiritual dimension of relapse prevention. Cognitive-behavioral inhibition predicted both the behavioral and spiritual dimensions, while emotional regulation and working memory predicted the spiritual dimension. finally, the interaction between mindfulness and executive functions contributed to the prediction of “observation”, “non-reactivity to internal experiences”, and emotional regulation contributed to the prediction of the cognitive dimension of relapse prevention. |
