| Summary, etc. | تعد "صحافة البيانات" أحد أهم الأساليب الصحفية في نقل المعلومة عبر السرد الرقمي، تعتمد على الرصد والتحليل للخروج من السياق المعتاد للسرد، وطرح تفسيرات ورؤى جديدة، وهو ما يجعله التوجه الأكثر ملاءمة للتعبير عن نوع مهم وشائك كقضايا "حقوق الإنسان" التي تحتاج لمن يفتح أبواب الحوار والرأي تجاه الفئات المهمشة واللاجئين، وضحايا الحروب، والنساء المقهورات، والأطفال المشردة، وكل فئة لا تحظى بحقها في عيش حياة كريمة. <br/> ومن هنا تمثلت المشكلة البحثية في محاولة رصد وتحليل وتفسير آليات توظيف صحافة البيانات في معالجة القضايا الحقوقية في المواقع الإلكترونية العربية والأجنبية؛ للتعرف على ماهية التوظيف والتأثير، وطرق استغلال البيانات في الكشف عن هذا النوع من القضايا وخلق الوعي بها، وذلك بالتطبيق على مواقع (مصراوي، أريج، انكفاضة) كممثل عن المواقع العربية، و (USA today, Propublica, The Guardian) كممثل عن المواقع الأجنبية "الأمريكية والبريطانية"، خلال الفترة الزمنية من يناير 2022 حتى أغسطس 2024، والتي تميزت بزخم في الملف الحقوقي على مستوى العالم نتاج تسارع الأحداث على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.<br/>اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية لجمع القصص المرتبطة بعمق الدراسة وتحليلها عبر توظيف أداة "تحليل المضمون" على عينة قوامها 555 قصة موزعة بين المواقع العربية والأجنبية، بالاعتماد على نظريتي "ثراء الوسيلة الإعلامية، والاندماج الإعلامي"، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ضعف التوظيف الكمي لصحافة البيانات الحقوقية على الجانبين، ولكن تفوقت المواقع الأجنبية في معدل التناول بواقع (375) قصة مقابل (180) قصة فقط في المواقع العربية، واتضح قلة المعالجات التحليلية المعمقة في المواقع العربية والاعتماد أكثر على القصص المدعومة بالبيانات مقابل التوظيف العميق والاستقصائي للبيانات في الجانب الغربي؛ للكشف عنصور الفساد والقصور في الملف الحقوقي، ورغم ذلك تفوقت المواقع العربية في توظيف البيانات داخل إطار تفاعلي عبر السرد القصصي الرقمي المدعوم بالوسائط المتعددة مقابل الاكتفاء بالسرد النصي التقليدي فيأغلب قصص المواقع الأجنبية، وجاءت "مصادر البيانات المفتوحة" في مقدمة المصادر الأكثر توظيفًا في المواقع العربية والأجنبية. |

| Summary, etc. | Data journalism has emerged as one of the most significant journalistic approaches for conveying information with greater credibility through the most effective means of reaching the reader numbers”.This makes data journalism the most suitable approach for addressing critical and complex issues such as “human rights”, which demand proactive efforts to stir stagnant waters, open dialogues, and draw attention to marginalized. Thus, the research problem lies in examining, analyzing, and interpreting the mechanisms of employing data journalism in addressing human rights issues across “Arab and foreign websites”. The study seeks to understand the nature of this application, its impact, and how data is leveraged to expose such issues and raise awareness. The analysis focuses on the websites (Masrawy, ARIJ, and Inkifadah) as representatives of Arab platforms, and (USA Today, ProPublica, and The Guardian) as representatives of Western (American and British) platforms, covering the period from (January 2022 to August 2024).The study adopted a survey methodology and comparative approach, collecting and analyzing stories relevant to its core focus using “content analysis” on a sample of (555 stories) distributed between Arab and Western websites. The research was grounded in two theoretical frameworks: “Media Richness Theory and Media Convergence Theory”. Results say: “Limited” quantitative use of data-driven human rights journalism was observed on both sides, with Western outlets outperforming Arab platforms (375) stories compared to only (180) in Arab media, Arab websites exhibited fewer in-depth analytical treatments, relying more on “data-supported narratives”, whereas Western platforms employed investigative and data-intensive approaches to uncover corruption and systemic failures in human rights, However, Arab websites excelled in “interactive data presentation”, utilizing digital storytelling enriched with multimedia, while Western outlets predominantly relied on “traditional text-based narratives” in most stories, Despite these differences, "data journalism" has undeniably made a substantial impact in covering human rights issues, enablingeffective oversight of corruption and delivering profound humanitarian insights through engaging, interactive formats, that reflect real-world experiences. |
