| Summary, etc. | تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في القصور لدى جودة الاداء الصحي وعدم مواكبة إداة المخاطر في مواكبة التطور الرقمي والصحي مما سبب في انخفاض الأداء وانخفاض قدرتها التنافسية، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على الذي يتضمن استخدام الأسلوب الميداني في جمع البيانات بواسطة الاستقصاء وتحليلها إحصائيًا لاختبار صحة فروض الدراسة، وقد تألف اعتمد الباحث على عينة عشوائية طبقية باستخدام التوزيع النسبي من العاملين والمنتفعين والمستفيدين حيث بلغ حجم العينة (385) من جداول العينات تم توزيعهم وتم الحصول على عدد بلغ (305) استبيان صالح للتحليل وتم تقسيمه الى (188) العاملين و(117) من المنتفعين والمستفيدين وبذلك تكون نسبة الاستجابه (79.2%).<br/>ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية تم صياغة فرضين رئيسيين تمحورت حول قياس استخدام الأساليب الحديثة في إدارة المخاطر على أداء القطاع الصحى بالتطبيق على منطقة نجران الفرض الرئيس الأول، والتعرف على الاختلافات المعنوية بين العاملين والمنتفعين حول أداء القطاع الصحي بمنطقه نجران بالممكة العربية السعودية، كما انبثق من هذه الفروض عدد من الفروض الفرعية ولاختبار هذه الفروض تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية بواسطة برنامج (Version 23) SPSS وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:1.هناك علاقة قوية بين تقليل المخاطر البشرية والتعويضية والرقمية وبين رضا المرضى، مما يستدعي تبني برامج توعوية وتدريبية للكوادر الصحية لرفع مستوى الخدمة.2.كفاءة العاملين تتأثر بشكل أساسي بالمخاطر البشرية والتعويضية، مما يفرض ضرورة تحسين بيئة العمل وتقليل الضغط النفسي والمهني على العاملين.3.قبول فرض العدم بالنسبة لجميع أبعاد الدراسة أنه لا توجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية فى إجابات المستقصي منهم على جميع أبعاد جودة اداء القطاع الصحي حسب فئة الدراسة والذي نص على ان "لا توجد اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء المستقصى منهم حول أبعاد المتغير التابع (جودة اداء القطاع الصحي) طبقاً لفئة الدراسة (عاملين – منتفعين) في المؤسسات الصحية في منطقة نجران". |

| Summary, etc. | The study problem was represented in the shortcomings of the health performance and the failure to keep pace with the multi-data tool in keeping pace with the digital and vital development, which greatly affects the strong performance. The current study relied on the one who participates in collecting by survey and statistically analyzing the validity of the study hypotheses. The research consisted of a joint graph of users, beneficiaries and beneficiaries, where the sample size reached (385) from the equality of their distribution and obtained a number of (305) questionnaires valid for analysis and is divided into (188) workers and (117) beneficiaries and beneficiaries so that the response is (79.2%).To achieve the objectives of the current study, two main hypotheses were formulated, which focused on measuring the use of modern methods in risk management on the performance of the health sector, applied to the Najran region, the first main hypothesis, and identifying the significant differences between workers and beneficiaries regarding the performance of the health sector in the Najran region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A number of sub-hypotheses emerged from these hypotheses, and to test these hypotheses, a number of statistical methods were used using the SPSS (Version 23) program. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:1.There is a strong relationship between reducing human, compensatory and digital risks and patient satisfaction, which calls for adopting awareness and training programs for health cadres to raise the level of service.<br/>2.The efficiency of workers is mainly affected by human and compensatory risks, which imposes the need to improve the work environment and reduce psychological and professional pressure on workers.3. Accepting the null hypothesis for all dimensions of the study that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the respondents to all dimensions of the quality of health sector performance according to the study category, which stated that "there are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the respondents on the dimensions of the dependent variable (quality of health sector performance) according to the study category (workers - beneficiaries) in health institutions in the Najran region." |
