| Summary, etc. | تستهدف الدراسة الحالية تطوير الإعداد الثقافي للمعلم بكليات التربية بمصر، وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من بعض التجارب الناجحة؛ مثل تجربتي سنغافورة وفنلندا، وقد تم استخدام منهج التحليل النقدي لدراسة الأنظمة التعليمية في الدول الثلاث (سنغافورة، فنلندا، مصر)، وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في كل منها. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فجوة بين نظام إعداد المعلم في مصر ونظيريه في الدولتين المتقدمتين اللتين تم تناولهما في الدراسة، وبخاصةٍ فيما يتعلق بالإعداد الثقافي للمعلم. وقد قامت الباحثة بوضع تصور متكامل يتضمن مجموعة من المحاور والتي اشتملت على: الرؤية والرسالة والقيم، البرامج الدراسية المقدمة، أهداف برنامج إعداد المعلم، مدة برنامج إعداد المعلم، برنامج إعداد المعلم، جوانب إعداد المعلم، نظام إعداد المعلم، معايير ومتطلبات القبول والاختيار ببرنامج إعداد المعلم، الفلسفة الداعمة، هيكل برامج الإعداد للدرجات العلمية، النهج المشترك لضمان الجودة، نظم التقويم والاختبارات، أساليب التعليم والتعلم. كما اقترحت مجموعة من الآليات لتلك المحاور بهدف تطوير الإعداد الثقافي للمعلم في مصر. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study aims to develop the cultural preparation of teachers in Egypt’s colleges of education by drawing on some successful experiences, such as Singapore and Finland. The critical analysis curriculum has been used to study educational systems in the three countries -Singapore, Finland and Egypt- and to identify their respective strengths and weaknesses. The results showed that there is a gap between Egypt’s teacher training system and its counterparts in the developed countries addressed in the study. In particular with regard to the teacher’s cultural preparation. The researcher developed an integrated visualization with a set of axes that included: Vision, Mission, Core values, Degree programs offered, Asims of the programs, Duration of the teacher preparation program, Teacher preparation program, Criteria and requirements for admission and selection of the teacher preparation program, sustaining philosophy, Structure of graduate preparation programs, Joint approach to quality assurance, Evaluation system and test, Teaching and learning methods. It also proposed a set of mechanisms for these axes with a view to developing the cultural preparation of the teacher in Egypt. |
