| Summary, etc. | على مدار نحو 5 سنوات من العمل مدربًا وأكثر من 15 عامًا صحفيًا، وجد الباحث حاجة ماسّة إلى التدريب الرقمي للصحفيين، تناول الباحث أبرز منصات التدريب الرقمية للصحفيين، وتأثير التدريب في تطوير أدائهم المهني. <br/>تناول الفصل الأول تطور الصحافة الرقمية وتأثرها بالمتغيرات التكنولوجية، وسمات الصحفيين في العصر الرقمي، والاحتياجات التدريبية للصحفيين. فيما أشار الفصل الثاني إلى منصات التدريب الرقمي وتطورها، وتأثير جائحة كورونا، وحجم السوق الرقمي عالميًا، ومخاطرة ظاهرة الرِهاب الرقمي، وفرص الاستثمار في التدريب، وأهمية التدريب الإعلامي، وخريطة موجزة لأبرز منصات التدريب الرقمي العالمية، وكيفية اختيار الطريقة المثلى للتدريب.<br/>وفي الفصل الثالث، أوضح الباحث مفهوم الأداء المهني ومؤشرات تقييمه، والعوامل المؤثرة فيه، وفي الفصل الرابع، تناول الباحث الإطار المنهجي والنظري، مستخدمًا النظرية الموحدة لقبول واستخدام التكنولوجيا UTAUT، ومنهج المسح، وأدوات جمع البيانات. وفي الفصل الأخير، استعرض أبرز نتائج مقابلة 16 خبيرًا وأكاديميًا، وتوصيات لتطوير سوق التدريب الإعلامي في مصر. استخدم الباحث منهج المسح في دراسته، والملاحظة لنحو 50 من الصحفيين لمعرفة مدى إلمامهم بالتدريب الرقمي. وخلص إلى 15 توصية لنقابتي الصحفيين والإعلاميين وكليات ومعاهد الإعلام وكذلك الباحثين، حول أهمية تخصيص ميزانية لتدريب الصحفيين وتطوير مناهج كليات الإعلام، وعناية الباحثين بموضوعات التدريب والتحول الرقمي وعوائقه. |

| Summary, etc. | Over nearly five years as a professional trainer and over fifteen in journalism, the researcher identified a critical need to enhance digital training for journalists, especially with the rise of global platforms offering specialized courses. This thesis aims to spotlight key platforms, evaluate their impact on journalists’ performance, and present expert opinions from Egypt alongside recommendations for content improvement.Chapter One addresses the evolution of digital journalism, its technological drivers, journalists’ training needs, and the profession’s future. Chapter Two examines the growth of digital training platforms, the COVID-19 effect, the digital learning market, media training investments, digital phobia, and top global platforms, along with criteria for selecting training models.Chapter Three defines journalistic performance and its evaluation indicators. Chapter Four explains the research problem, objectives, theoretical framework (UTAUT), previous studies, and methodology. The final chapter presents findings from interviews with 16 experts and a survey of 50 journalists, concluding with 15 recommendations to advance digital media training in Egypt. |
