| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث الحالي إلي استخدام فاعلية برنامج ارشادي لتنمية المهارات المهنية لمعلمات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة العقلية وعلاقتة بالكفاءة الاجتماعية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلمة من معلمات الاطفال ذوي الاعاقة العقلية، و(30) طفل من الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة العقلية، وقد اشتمل البحث علي مقياس المهارات المهنية لمعلمات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة العقلية (إعداد: الباحثة)، ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية المصور للأطفال ذوي الاعاقة العقلية (إعداد: الباحثة)، وتوصلت الباحثة إلي وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطى درجات معلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية قبل تطبيق برنامج ارشادى و بعد التطبيق على مقياس المهارات المهنية لمعلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى اتجاه القياس البعدى، وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0.01بين متوسطى درجات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية قبل تطبيق برنامج ارشادى للمعلمات وبعد التطبيق على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية المصور للأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى اتجاه القياس البعدى، وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطى درجات معلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لتطبيق برنامج ارشادى من حيث تخطيط البرامج، والدرجة الكلية على مقياس المهارات المهنية لمعلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى اتجاه القياس التتبعى، عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بين متوسطى درجات معلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لتطبيق برنامج ارشادى من حيث مهارة اعداد وانتاج الوسائل التعليمية، ومهارة التقويم على مقياس المهارات المهنية لمعلمات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية، وجود فروق دالة احصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسطى درجات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لتطبيق برنامج ارشادى للمعلمات من حيث التواصل، والدرجة الكلية على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية المصور للأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى اتجاه القياس التتبعى، عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا بين متوسطى درجات الأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية فى القياسين البعدى و التتبعى لتطبيق برنامج ارشادى للمعلمات من حيث رعاية الذات، والتعامل مع مثيرات البيئة على مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية المصور للأطفال ذوى الاعاقة العقلية. |

| Summary, etc. | The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a counseling program in developing the professional skills of teachers of children with intellectual disabilities and its relationship to social competence. The study sample consisted of 30 teachers of children with intellectual disabilities and 30 children with intellectual disabilities. The research included the Professional Skills Scale for Teachers of Children with Intellectual Disabilities (prepared by the researcher) and the Pictorial Social Competence Scale for Children with Intellectual Disabilities (prepared by the researcher).The researcher found statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the teachers before and after the implementation of the counseling program on the Professional Skills Scale, in favor of the post-measurement. Statistically significant differences were also found at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the children with intellectual disabilities before and after the implementation of the counseling program (for their teachers) on the Pictorial Social Competence Scale, in favor of the post-measurement.Additionally, there were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the teachers in the post and follow-up measurements in terms of program planning and the total score on the Professional Skills Scale, in favor of the follow-up measurement. However, no statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of the teachers in the post and follow-up measurements regarding the skills of preparing and producing educational aids and the skill of evaluation on the Professional Skills Scale.As for the children, statistically significant differences were found at the level of 0.05 between their mean scores in the post and follow-up measurements regarding communication and the total score on the Pictorial Social Competence Scale, in favor of the follow-up measurement. However, no statistically significant differences were found between their mean scores in the post and follow-up measurements in terms of self-care and responding to environmental stimuli on the same scale. |
