| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على قراءة العقل لتنمية الاستجابة المحورية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من )10( أطفال من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والذين تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين )5-7( أعوام، بمتوسط عمري قدره )6.33(، وانحراف معياري قدره )1.211(، كمجموعة تجريبية واحدة، واستخدم الباحث مقياس جيليام لتقدير التوحد (الإصدار الثالث) ترجمة وتقنين: عادل عبد الله، عبير أبو المجد (2020)، ومقياس ستانفورد بينيه "الصورة الخامسة" تعريب وتقنين: محمود أبو النيل، (2011)، ومقياس الاستجابة المحورية (إعداد: الباحث)، والبرنامج المصري للغة والتخاطب (إعداد: شحاتة سليمان وأحمد عبد الغني، 2024)، والبرنامج الارشادي القائم على قراءة العقل (إعداد: الباحث)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رُتب درجات أطفال العينة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القَبلي والبَعدي على مقياس الاستجابة المحورية وأبعادها في مهارات (الدافعية - الاستجابة للمثيرات البيئية - الإدارة الذاتية - المبادأة والتواصل) بعد تطبيق البرنامج في اتجاه القياس البعدي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال العينة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البَعدي والتَّتَبُّعي على مقياس الاستجابة المحورية وأبعادها في مهارات (الدافعية - الاستجابة للمثيرات البيئية - الإدارة الذاتية - المبادأة والتواصل) بعد تطبيق البرنامج في اتجاه القياس البعدي؛ ويرى الباحث أن سبب تطور وتنمية الاستجابة المحورية لدى الأطفال عينة الدراسة يرجع إلى برنامج قراءة العقل، وبعض فنيات البرنامج المصري للغة والتخاطب. |

| Summary, etc. | The current study aimed to explore the effectiveness of a training program based on "Theory of Mind" (Mind Reading) in developing pivotal response among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The study sample consisted of ten (10) children with ASD, whose ages ranged between 5 and 7 years, with a mean age of 6.33 years and a standard deviation of 1.211. The study was conducted on a single experimental group.The researcher utilized the following tools: The Gilliam Autism Rating Scale, Third Edition (GARS-3), translated and standardized by Adel Abdallah and Abeer Abu El-Magd (2020). The Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales, Fifth Edition (SB5), Arabic version, standardized by Mahmoud Abu El-Neel (2011). The Pivotal Response Scale (developed by the researcher). The Egyptian Language and Speech Program (developed by Shehata Suleiman and Ahmed Abdel Ghani, 2024). The training program based on Theory of Mind (developed by the researcher). The results revealed statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test mean rank scores of the children on the Pivotal Response Scale and its subdomains (motivation, response to environmental stimuli, self-management, initiation and communication), in favor of the post-test, following the implementation of the program. Additionally, the findings showed no statistically significant differences between the post-test and follow-up test mean rank scores, indicating the sustainability of the program’s impact. The researcher attributes the improvement and development in pivotal response among the children in the study sample to the Mind Reading-based program, along with certain techniques from the Egyptian Language and Speech Program. |
