| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعليه برنامج إرشادي لتنمية الكفاءة الانفعالية للأطفال المتلعثمون المعرضون للتنمر، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) من الأطفال المتلعثمون المعرضون للتنمر، تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (4-6) سنوات، واعتمد البحث على الادوات التالية: مقياس الكفاءة الانفعالية، البرنامج الارشادي إعداد الباحثة. استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: اختبار كا٢ Chi Square Test لإيجاد التجانس بين متوسطات درجات الأطفال محرومي الاب من حيث الذكاء والعمر الزمني، ومستوى الكفاءة الانفعالية، اختبار ولكوكسن Wilcoxon Test لإيجاد الفروق بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد العينة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي وفى القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الكفاءة الانفعالية. وأسفرت النتائج عن أنه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) بين متوسطتي رتب درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس الكفاءة الانفعالية في الابعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية في اتجاه القياس البعدي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس الكفاءة الانفعالية. |

| Summary, etc. | The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program to develop the emotional competence of stuttering children exposed to bullying. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (10) stuttering children exposed to bullying. Their chronological ages ranged between (4-6) years. The research relied on The following tools: Emotional Competence Scale, Guidance Program prepared by the researcher. The researcher used the following statistical methods: Chi Square Test to find consistency between the average scores of children deprived of fathers in terms of intelligence, chronological age, and level of emotional competence, and the Wilcoxon Test to find differences between the average ranks of the scores of the sample members before and after applying the counseling program and in the post and follow-up measurements. On the emotional competence scale. The results resulted in: There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average ranks of the children in the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements on the emotional competence scale in the dimensions and the total score in the direction of the post-measurement. There are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores. Children in the experimental group in the post and follow-up measurements on the emotional competence scale. |
