الصحافة العسكرية هى علم وفن، علم للمعرفة وفن للإخراج، مما يتطلب دراسة تامة لعلم الحرب وعلم الصحافة، كما تتطلب أيضًا تطبيق فن الحرب وفن الصحافة، والصحافة العسكرية لها أدب خاص يسمى الأدب العسكرى أو الحماسى.فى ظل تكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات والانتشار عبر الفضائيات، فإن الرسالة الإعلامية تستهدف الفئات المخاطبة فى الإعلام العسكرى وهى (جميع فئات الشعب داخل وخارج جمهورية مصر العربية مع التركيز على فئات الشباب - أفراد القوات المسلحة داخل وخارج الجمهورية "قوات حفظ السلام – البعثات الدبلوماسية العسكرية – المبعوثين - ...").خصائص الإعلام الجديد من وجهة نظر الجمهور المستخدم لهذه الوسائل هى (التفاعلية – الحضور الاجتماعى – الثراء فى الوسيلة – الاستقلالية – اللعب "المرح والتسلية" – الخصوصية – الشخصنة "أى عندما يكون المحتوى مخصصًا لفرد ومتوافقًا واحتياجاته").يمكن تقسيم الإعلام الجديد إلى أربعة أقسام (الإعلام الجديد القائم على شبكة الإنترنت "online" وتطبيقاتها - الإعلام الجديد القائم على الأجهزة المحمولة بما فى ذلك أجهزة قراءة الكتب والصحف - الإعلام القائم على منصة الوسائل التقليدية مثل الراديو والتليفزيون - الإعلام الجديد القائم على منصة الكمبيوتر"offline").سمات الصحافة الإلكترونية كالآتى (النقل الفورى للأخبار ومتابعة التطورات -قدرة الصحف الإلكترونية على اختراق الحدود والقارات والدول دون رقابة - البث الإلكترونى للصحف عبر شبكة الإنترنت أقل تكلفة بكثير مما هو مطلوب لإصدار صحيفة ورقية - لجوء معظم الصحف الإلكترونية إلى تمويل من خلال الإعلانات - تُوَفِّر إمكانية الحصول على إحصاءات دقيقة عن زوار المواقع - توفر فرصة حفظ أرشيف إلكترونى).<br/>إجمالى الخبراء المنوطين بالإجابة عن أسئلة إستمارة المقابلة المتعمقة (عينة الدراسة) 50 خبير (25 خبير من العسكريين - 25 خبير من المدنيين)، وقد شملت أسئلة إستمارة المقابلة المتعمقة مع الخبراء الموضوعات ذات الصلة بالعوامل المؤثرة فى مستقبل الصحافة العسكرية فى مصر فى الفترة من 2023م - 2033م.<br/>توصلت الدراسة "للعوامل المؤثرة فى مستقبل الصحافة العسكرية فى مصر .. دراسة مستقبلية فى الفترة من 2023م - 2033م أهمها:•ثورة تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات (ICT)، وتزايد وعى الجمهور وانفتاحه وزيادة دوره الرقابى، والتحول من الصحافة التقليدية "الورقية المطبوعة" إلى الصحافة الإلكترونية.•استمرارية توافر الوسائل الوسيطة ذات التكنولوجيات والتقنيات الحديثة "مثل الإنترنت فائق السرعة" ذات المواصفات التى تسهم فى عمليات جمع المادة الصحفية والمونتاج والتحرير والطباعة والإخراج والنشر والتوزيع.•التطور الإدارى بوجود إدارة واعية وإشراك الكوادر فى المستويات التنفيذية، مع إعادة تأهيل وتدريب المديرين بمختلف المستويات، واتباع الأساليب الجديدة فى إدارة العمل.•تطوير الاستراتيجيات الإدارية الحديثة التى تمثل ضمانة رئيسة لاستمرار هذه الصناعة.<br/>•وضع أسس وثوابت ذات معيار لاختيار القادة والمديرين الجدد لتحمل مسئولية الإدارة.•خلق وتطوير بناء تنظيمى قادر وكفء، من خلال الاهتمام ببرامج إعادة التأهيل والتدريب، ووضع معايير للتقييم والمحاسبة والترويج للنماذج الثقافية الجديدة.•تحديث وتطوير المعدات والآلات المستخدمة فى مراحل الإنتاج والطباعة لتواكب التطورات التقنية فى ثورة تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات.•اقتصـاديات صناعة الصحافة العسكرية هى المصدر الرئيس للتمويل وينعكس بدوره على جودة المنتج، مع أهمية قياس الأرباح وتبنى آليات السوق الجديدة وشروطهافى خدمة القرَّاء والمعلنين، وتطوير السياسات التحريرية للصحف•المداخل التسويقية ذات البعد الاقتصادى، وتبنى استراتيجيات السوق، التى تركزعلى معرفة رغبات العملاء (القرَّاء - المعلنون) من الصحف.•خلق رؤية مشتركة بين الإدارة العليا والعاملين فى وضع الأهداف والسياسات التى يتم تقريرها، تأخذ فى الاعتبار الجوانب الأيديولوجية والقِيميَّة، مع المتابعة الدقيقة والمستمرة لتنفيذ محتوى ميثاق لشرف الإعلامى.أبرز مقترحات الدراسة (مواكبة التطورات الهائلة فى تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات والتقنيات الحديثة، وانعكاساتها على المعدات والأجهزة المستخدمة فى مراحل التجميع والتحرير والتوزيع والإخراج، لدورة حياة صناعة الصحافة العسكرية - تضمين البرامج والمواد الإعلامية المختلفة قيم الحفاظ على الأمن والسلام الاجتماعى، والتماسك العائلى والولاء والانتماء للوطن، والحفاظ على الهوية المصرية - تأسيس كيان لوضع ميثاق شرف لمتابعة تنفيذ هذا الميثاق، واتباع المعايير المهنية الإعلامية للعاملين فى مجال الصحافة العسكرية - استمرارية زيادة الجرعات العسكرية بقنوات التليفزيون وبرامج الإذاعة، بما يتلاءم وحجم التحديات التى تواجهها القوات المسلحة - وضع خطة طويلة المدى لإنتاج مجموعة من الأعمال الفنية المتنوعة من حيث أسلوب العرض، وتتمتع بالجودة العالية). |

Military journalism is both a science and an art, a science of knowledge and an art of production, which requires a thorough study of the science of war and the science of journalism, as well as the application of the art of war and the art of journalism. Military journalism has its own special literature called military or enthusiastic literature. In light of the information and communications technology and the spread of satellite channels, the media message targets the groups addressed in military media, which are (all groups of people inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, with a focus on youth groups - members of the armed forces inside and outside the Republic "peacekeeping forces - military diplomatic missions - envoys - ..."). The characteristics of new media from the perspective of the audience using these media are (interactivity - social presence - richness in the medium - independence - play "fun and entertainment" - privacy - personalization "i.e. when the content is customized to an individual and compatible with his needs"). New media can be divided into four sections (new media based on the Internet “online” and its applications - new media based on mobile devices including book and newspaper readers - media based on traditional media platforms such as radio and television - new media based on the computer platform “offline”). The characteristics of electronic journalism are as follows: (Immediate transmission of news and monitoring of developments - The ability of electronic newspapers to cross borders, continents, and countries without censorship - Electronic broadcasting of newspapers via the Internet is much less expensive than what is required to publish a print newspaper - Most electronic newspapers resort to advertising funding - They provide the ability to obtain accurate statistics on website visitors - They provide the opportunity to preserve an electronic archive). Total number of experts assigned to answer the in-depth interview questionnaire questions (study sample): 50 experts (25 military experts - 25 civilian experts). The in-depth interview questionnaire questions with the experts covered topics related to the factors influencing the future of military journalism in Egypt during the period 2023-2033. The study concluded, "The factors influencing the future of military journalism in Egypt... A future study for the period 2023-2033, the most important of which are:• Information and Communication Technology (ICT), growing public awareness and openness, increased oversight, and the shift from traditional "printed" journalism to electronic journalism.• The continued availability of media outlets featuring modern technologies and techniques, such as high-speed internet, with specifications that contribute to the processes of gathering journalistic material, editing, printing, production, publishing, and distribution.• Administrative development through conscious management and the involvement of cadres at executive levels, along with the rehabilitation and training of managers at various levels, and the adoption of new methods of work management.• Developing modern management strategies that represent a primary guarantee for the continuity of this industry.• Establishing standardized foundations and constants for selecting new leaders and managers to assume management responsibilities.<br/>• Creating and developing a capable and efficient organizational structure by focusing on rehabilitation and training programs, establishing standards for evaluation and accountability, and promoting new cultural models.• Updating and developing equipment and machinery used in the production and printing stages to keep pace with technological developments in the information and communications technology revolution• The economics of the military press industry are the primary source of funding, which in turn impacts product quality. It is also important to measure profits and adopt new market mechanisms and conditions to serve readers and advertisers, and to develop newspaper editorial policies.• Marketing approaches with an economic dimension and the adoption of market strategies that focus on understanding the desires of customers (readers and advertisers) for newspapers.• Creating a shared vision between senior management and employees in setting goals and policies that are decided upon, taking into account ideological and value-based aspects, with careful and continuous monitoring of the implementation of the content of the Media Code of Ethics. The most prominent proposals of the study (keeping pace with the tremendous developments in communication and information technology and modern techniques, and their impact on the equipment and devices used in the stages of assembly, editing, distribution and production, for the life cycle of the military press industry - including in the various media programs and materials the values of maintaining security and social peace, family cohesion, loyalty and belonging to the homeland, and preserving the Egyptian identity - Establishing an entity to develop a code of honor to monitor its implementation and adhere to professional media standards for those working in the field of military journalism. - Continuing to increase military coverage on television channels and radio programs, in line with the scale of the challenges facing the armed forces. - Developing a long-term plan to produce a variety of artistic works, both in terms of presentation style and of high quality. |
