| Summary, etc. | قامت هذه الدراسة في نطاق البحث في الحديث النبوي الشريف، تحت عنوان الأحاديث الحوارية في كتاب اللؤلؤ والمرجان فيما اتفق عليه الشيخان دراسة فنية حجاجية وقد قامت فكرة البحث على كيفية استثمار النظرية الحجاجية في تحليل النصوص النبوية وتوجيه دلالتها ، ومدى دورها في الحجة والإقناع.وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي ، أما عن الجانب الأول فقد تحدثت فيه حول عدد من المفاهيم كالحجاج والبرهان والإقناع والحوار ، وبيان مسار الحجاج بين العرب والغرب. وعلى الجانب الآخر تم التركيز على الأحاديث الحوارية في الكتاب محور الدراسة، وعددها خمس وعشرون حديثا، حاولت فيها توظيف الآليات والعوامل الحجاجية في الخطاب النبوي ومدى دورها في إبراز الحجة ، وقد تم ذلك وفق المنهج الحجاجي التحليلي الممزوج بالاستنباط والاستقراء. |

| Summary, etc. | This study falls within the scope of research in the Noble Prophetic Hadith, under the title: "Dialogic Hadiths in the Book of Al-Lu'lu' wal-Marjan in What the Two Sheikhs Agreed Upon: An Argumentative and Artistic Study."The research is based on exploring how argumentative theory can be utilized in analyzing Prophetic texts and guiding their meanings, as well as examining the role of such theory in constructing arguments and achieving persuasion.The study includes both theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical part discusses several key concepts such as argumentation, proof, persuasion, and dialogue, while also presenting the evolution of argumentative theory in both Arab and Western traditions. The practical part focuses on the dialogic hadiths found in the aforementioned book, totaling twenty-five hadiths. The study aims to apply argumentative mechanisms and elements within the Prophetic discourse and to analyze their role in enhancing argumentation and clarity. |
