| Summary, etc. | اتضح لي من بعض سطور هذه الدراسة تأثر الدراسات الحجاجية في العالم العربي تأثرا سلبيا بالعالم الغربي؛ إذ أدى ذلك إلى محاولة التوفيق بين النصوص المقدسة والنصوص الفنية العادية؛ وذلك لترجيحهم القيمة الفنية على غيرها.<br/>أما الحجاج في الحديث النبوي فإنه يدور حول المساحة اللغوية التي توفرها بداهته صلى الله عليه وسلم في لحظات الحجاج، إلى جانب القوانين والأقيسة المنطقية التي تتخلى بها الشريعة الإسلامية في الغالب. |

| Summary, etc. | Lt became clear to me form some lines of this study that argumentative studies in the Arab world have been negatively influenced by the western world; this has led to attempts to reconcile sacred texts, due to their prioritizing artistic value over other texts.As for argumentation in the prophetic hadith, it revolves around the linguistic space provided by the prophet’s intuitive understanding of argumentation, alongside logical rules and syllogisms which is mostly abandoned by Islamic law. |
