Summary, etc.	The purpose of this resection to determine the effect of perineal wound reconstruction using vertical rectus abdominus myocutaneous flap (VRAM) in patients of rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemo - radiotherapy. Perineal wound complication are a major cource of complication after abdomino - perineal resection (APR) of the rectum and anal cancal after neoadjuvant external chemo - radiation therap, which reaches up to 60% of cases
