520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The nasal tip is an important aesthetic feature of the face and its surgery is the most interesting and challenging part of a rhinoplasty. Success in rhinoplasty surgery begins with a sound concept of beauty, symmetry, harmony, and proportion. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and analyze the use of autogenously cartilage grafts in the Egyptian tip rhinoplasty and to state the indications, advantages, disadvantages, and algorithm of the usage of these grafts. The current study included fifty Egyptian patients seeking tip rhinoplasty between 2012 - 2015. The use of tip grafts helped in the control of the tip dynamics and the aesthetic outcome was almost satisfactory. So the key of success is the proper selection of the graft type used after good analysis of the tip problem
