All patients in both groups were assessed through serum uric acid level test, visual analogue scale (VAS) to measure pain intensity and borg rating of perceived exertion was used to assess functional activity before and after treatment. Results: It was revealed that there was a statistically significant improvement in serum uric acid level, pain and physical activity in both groups. Conclusion: The aerobic exercise was effective in reducing serum uric acid level, pain intensity and physical activity on hyperuricemic elderly patients
