In the present thesis, the step-stress accelerated life test with progressive first failure sample is considered. Point and interval estimation for Burr type III distribution parameters and the acceleration factor under step-stress accelerated life test with progressive first failure sample are discussed. Also, mean square error (MSEs) of the maximum likelihood estimators (MLEs) are calculated to estimate their performance and numerical illustrations are discussed. The present thesis consists of four chapters, references, and an Arabic summary.Chapter One, gives an introduction about the present study and what we will introduce in the other chapters. ChapterTwo, introduces some definitions of step-stress accelerated life test, censoring samples and some methods of estimation.This chapter goes on to discuss the properties of the estimators. Chapter Three, introduces a review of the literature dealing under step-stress partially accelerated life test with progressive first failure sample. ى إختبارات الحياة عادةً ما يتم إستخدام نظام العينات المراقبة ، حيث يتميز عن نظام مراقبة العينة الكاملة فى توفير الوقت الكلى للتجربة وأيضاً تقليل التكلفة. هناك العديد من نماذج العينات المراقبة. لذلك يقوم الباحث باختيار النموذج المناسب الذى يوازن بين الوقت الكلى للتجربة وعدد وحدات الفشل المطلوبة مما يحافظ على امكانية تطبيق طرق الاستدلال الإحصائى وضمان كفائة النتائج.<br/>ومن هذه النماذج نموذج PALTs,وفى هذا النموذج يتم إختبار الوحدات في كل من الظروف العادية والظروف المعجلة. وبشكل عام هناك نوعان من ال PALTsهما النوع الاول constant stressوالنوع الثانى step-stress.<br/>بالنسبة إلى النوع الاول PALT constant stress يتم تقسيم جميع وحدات الإختبار إلى مجموعتين يتم تعيين المجموعة الأولى للتشغيل في ظل الظروف العادية بينما يتم تشغيل المجموعة الثانية في ظل ظروف معجلة. أما بالنسبة للنوع الثانى PALTstep-stress يتم تشغيل جميع وحدات الإختبار مبدئيًا في الظروف العادية لفترة زمنية محددة مسبقًا وإذا لم تفشل وحدة الاختبار بنهاية الوقت المحدد ، يتم تحويل للإختبار إلى حالة الظروف المعجلة للإختبار حتى فشل العنصر.<br/>يعد توزيع Burr من أهم التوزيعات لإستخدامه فى إختبارات الحياة فى الكثير من المجالات, وهناك توزيعات أخرى وهى حالات خاصه من توزيع بيير مثل (توزيع Weibull, exponential logistic, generalized logistic, normal, extreme value,وتوزيع uniform) وهذا مايجعل توزيع Burrأكثر أهميه لتعدد أشكاله مما يؤدى الى تعدد أستخداماته. ومن عائلة توزيع Burr (النوع الاول BurrI,النوع الثانى BurrII,...,الى النوع السادس(BurrXII ولكن النوعان الثالثBurrIII,والنوع السادسBurrXII هما الأكثر إستخداما للسهوله , ولكن النوع الثالث هو الأكثر إستخداما ,ولذلك فإننا سوف نقوم بتقديرمعاملاتBurr من النوع الثالث بإستخدام نموذج الضغط التدرجى المعجلبإستخدام البيانات المراقبة |
