| Summary, etc. | Purpose: The goal of this systematic study was to see if low-level laser therapy could help patients with discomfort after orofacial surgery. Methods: Randomized Controlled Trials: A Systematic Review, All studies were from 1996 to 2018, and the data sources searched were PubMed, Pedro, Google Scholar, and Cochrane. The English language was one of the restrictions. The methodological quality of included research was independently assessed, and a level of evidence was assigned (Center for Evidence Based Medicine). Intervention: Low-level lasers such as He Ne and GA AlAs, as well as their effects on pain in patients with orofacial operations, were studied in 11 randomized controlled studies. Results: eleven studies were chosen for inclusion in the meta-analysis, with the primary outcome of mucositic pain and secondary outcome of ROM and quality of life. Conclusions: In post-operative orofacial operations, prophylactic LLLT "GaAIAs" prevented severe mucositis and discomfort. There is some evidence that it has an impact on secondary outcomes such as ROM, cognitive function, and overall quality of life |

| Summary, etc. | هذه المراجعة المنهجية التي تهدف إلى دراسة تأثير العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشده على الألم بعد الجراحات الفموية الوجهية.<br/>وتم البحث بمساعدة الحاسوب من Cochraneو Med Pub، و قاعدة بيانات العلاج الطبيعي من دليل PEDro ، وباحث Google , باستخدام الكلمات: ” الجراحات الفموية الوجهية- الألم – العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشده ” وقد أجري Cochrane قواعد معلومات المتجهات خلال الفترة من يناير 1997م وحتى أكتوبر 2018 لعشوائية التجارب ذات الشواهد من العلاج العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشده على الألم عند المرضى بعد الجراحات الفموية الوجهية ومن خلال البحث في قاعدة بيانات محوسبة تشمل الطب والعلاج الطبيعي والصحية المصاحبة.<br/>وقد تم البحث من خلال Cochrane في باحث Google لجميع التجارب العشوائية التي تتبع معايير المراجعة (والذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 8-94 عاما، مكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية)، ويستخدم العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشدة كوسيلة للتدخل .وكانت مقاييس النتائج أنه قد تم فحص شدة الألم بعد جراحات الوجه والفك, وتم استعراض المراجع ذات الصلة بالمقالات المذكورة.<br/>وشملت احدى عشر تجربه عشوائية منظمة بالعلاج عن طريق الليزر منخفض الشده على شدة الألم في مرضى الجراحات الفموية الوجهية التي تمت في الاستعراض، وقد تم استخراج بيانات منفصلة بدقة لدراسة التراث الثقافي لوصف هذا الغرض، والتصميم، والإعداد.<br/>مثال: التدخل والنتائج بشكل واضح، أيضا إخفاء التخصيص، العشوائي ,العمى, وأوضح نية لعلاج التحاليل المذكورة في الدراسة. أنه تم تطبيق لائحة شاملة من حيث البحث قد وضعت معايير إدراج صريحة.<br/>وقد صنفت النتائج طبقا لاختلاف إحصائي واضح مؤثر وغير مؤثر, والوصف والتدخل, التحكم المتعدد, وأدوات القياس المذكورة, واستندت الخلاصة على فعالية العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشدة على قوة الأدلة العلمية. نظام التقييم استنادا إلى عدد من التجارب العشوائية، واستخدمت جودتها المنهجية واتساق نتائجها لتقديم مستويات قوية، ومعتدلة، ومحدودة، ومتناقضة وبدون مستويات من الادلة العلمية. |
