أثبتت هذه الدراسة أن منهج القاضي أبي بكر بن العربي‘ منهج منضبط قائم على حفظ أدلة الشرع من الاضطراب، فهو يحكم بالجمع بين الأدلة إن أمكن لأنه بأدلة الشرع أليق، وإلا فالنسخ عند العلم بالمتقدم والمتأخر، لأن الأخذ بالآخر من أمر رسول الله × في الدين أحوط، وإلا فالترجيح بين المتعارضين فيبذل فيه غاية الجهد.
منهج القاضي أبي بكر بن العربي‘ في دفع التعارض بين الأدلة منهج موافق لما سار عليه جمهور العلماء من المحدثين، والأصوليين، والفقهاء، فهو يجمع بين قطبين: الأثر والرأي، فيلتزم بالأخذ بالأثر، مع الاجتهاد في ما يسوغ الاجتهاد فيه، كالبحث عن وجوه التأويل والجمع والترجيح المقبولة، وتقديم ما يراه موافقا للأصول التي اعتمدها.

This study proved that the approach/method of Judge Abu Bakr bin Al-Arabi (May Allah have mercy on him) is based on preserving the evidence of shariah from confusion, so he rules by combining the evidence if possible, because the evidence of shariah is more suitable/appropriate, otherwise abrogation is in the knowledge of the advanced and the later, because taking the other from the order/command of the messenger of Allah (Pbuh) in religion is more secure. Otherwise, the weighting/giving preference between the two opposing sides will make the utmost effort.
The approach of the Judge Abu Bakr bin Al-Arabi (may Allah have mercy on him) in repelling the contradiction between the evidence is a method that is consistent with what many scholars of hadith, the fundamentalists, and the jurists followed. He combines between two pillars: the impact and the opinion, so he is obliged to follow the impact with ijtihad (independent reasoning) in what justifies ijtihad (independent reasoning) in it, like searching for the manner of interpretation, consolidation, and acceptable weighting, and presenting what he deems in accordance with the principles that he adopted.
