Summary: هدف البحث إلى تقويم محتوى كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية للدارسين بفصول مواصلة التعليم الإعدادي على ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، واستخدم كلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستكشافي، واستمارة تحليل المحتوى؛ بهدف الحكم على مدى تضمن محتوى كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الإعدادية لهذه المقاصد، وتكونت العينة من (54) درسا، واستخدم البحث الأساليب الإحصائية: معادلة كوبر، التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، وتوصل إلى نتائج، منها: قائمة نهائية بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية؛ تضمنت (61) مؤشرا، صنفت في خمسة مقاصد كلية؛ وهي:(حفظ الدين- حفظ النفس- حفظ العقل- حفظ النسل- حفظ المال)، واتضح تدني نسبة تواجد مقاصد الشريعة الكلية في محتوى الكتب؛ حيث بلغ متوسط نسبة تكرارات المقاصد في الكتب الثلاثة (24%)؛ وقد جاء مقصد حفظ الدين في المرتبة الأولى بالنسبة لبقية المقاصد؛ بمتوسط نسبة تكرارات (48%)، وفي المرتبة الثانية مقصد حفظ النفس، ونسبته (30%)، وفي المرتبة الثالثة مقصد حفظ العقل ونسبته(23%)، ومقصد حفظ المال في المرتبة الرابعة، بنسبة (15%)، وجاء مقصد حفظ النسل، في المرتبة الأخيرة؛ بنسبة (8%)، وظهر التفاوت في تواجد مؤشرات المقاصد؛ وتقارب بعضها في التكرار، وضعف وجود بعضها، وتشابه عدم وجود بعضها، مما يدل على قصور تضمن محتوى كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية لمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، وأدى ذلك إلى الاحتياج لتطوير كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية للدارسين بفصول مواصلة التعليم الإعدادي؛ بهدف تضمينها مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، ومن ثم تقديم تصور مقترح لمحتوى كتب التربية الدينية الإسلامية للدارسين بفصول مواصلة التعليم الإعدادي على ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية.Summary: Adult education is a process that combines thought and action. It’s a way of self-expression and a way of expressing the world, a field for creativity and creation, an opportunity for choice and decision- making, a way to participate in the historical and social process. Adult education has also received the attention of all the interest of developed and developing countries alike, this interest can be traced back to the vital role that adult plays in our contemporary world. through it continuing education in Egypt can be considered a principle to achieve justice and equal educational opportunities among members of society because education fulfills the hopes and aspirations to build a healthy human being armed with science and knowledge, philosophies of education has begun to appear in the great learner, the interest in him and his education , which leads to the development of the whole society leads to the necessity of looking at adult education in order to catch up with the progress offered as a movement to develop and advance society as a whole by humanity. There are shortcomings in the availability of some indicators of the Islamic shariah’s purposes of the content of Islamic education religious books scheduled for scholars classes to continue preparatory education, which prompted the researcher to evaluate this content in the light of the purposes of the Islamic shari’a and the search attempted to answer research questions arising from this problem 1- what is the conceptual framework for the content of Islamic religious education books for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education. 2- what is the reality of the content of Islamic religious education books for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education in the light of the purposes of Islamic law. 3- what is the proposed scenario for developing the content of Islamic religious education books for scholars classes to continue preparatory education in the light of the purposes of Islamic shari’a. This research was aimed at: 1- knowing the conceptual framework of the content of Islamic religious education books. 2- Disclosure of the reality of the content of Islamic religious education books for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education in the light a list of the purposes of Islamic law. 3- Building a proposed vision for developing the content of Islamic education books for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education in light of purposes of Islamic shari’a. The Importance of Research: The Importance of research lies in two aspects : theoretical and applied. Theoretical importance of research: The theoretical importance of research is that : -keeping up with the state’s interest in adult education. _ Establishment of a list of Islamic shari’a purposes suitable for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education. _ Development of a form to evaluate the content of Islamic education books in light of purposes of Islamic law. _Contributing to the enrichment of the Arabic library , where this research is a part of achievement the goals of adult education and this open the way for research studies by addressing multiple areas in adult education, especially religious studies in the field of continuing education. Applied Importance of the research: The applied importance of the current research is that it can benefit both: 1-Scholars classes to continue preparatory education: This research presents a list of the five Islamic shari’a purposes, for scholars in classes to continue preparatory education, with its educational indicators and applications, values and jurisprudence enable it to understand its religion and solve its daily problem and the desire to worship God with love and passion. 2-Adult teaching Staff: Research helps adult teachers highlight the five purposes of shari’a when teaching scheduled subjects. 3-Adult education curriculum planners and developers: This research provides curriculum planners, and Islamic religious education on books educators for adult education and their developers with a list of the purposes of Islamic shari’a that helps them build adult education curriculum (religious curriculum in particular ). 4-The field of adult education: This study is currently being researched to determine the availability of the purposes of Islamic law in the content of Islamic education books for scholars in the classes of continuing preparatory education, and to open the way to evaluate the rest of the curriculum prescribed for adult scholars in the light of the purposes of Islamic law. 5-The researchers: This research provides criteria for evaluating the content of adult education books. In addition to previous studies in the field, in the light of the purposes of Islamic law, it also allows researchers to conduct new studies .
