البحث يتناول رصد أثر التطور التكنولوجي في ظهور التفكك الحضري بالعمران عن طريق تقسيمه لمناطق منعزلة داخل نفس النطاق العمراني ويتم ذلك من خلال استنباط أهم عوامل و مظاهر التفكك الحضري بمستوياته مع التطور التكنولوجي للوصول إلى آليه قياس مطوره تم استنتاجها من خلال الدراسة النظرية و الدراسة التحليلية و التحليلية المقارنة لمدن محليه وعالميه و التي يمكن من خلالها التعرف على نسب التفكك الحضري بكل مدينه و تسهيل عمليه إيجاد حلول .
The research deals with monitoring the impact of technological development on the emergence of urban fragmentation in urbanization by dividing it into isolated areas within the same urban range. and The monitoring process is carried out by deriving the most important factors and manifestations of urban fragmentation at its levels with the technological development to reach a developed measurement mechanism that was concluded through the theoretical study and the analytical and comparative study of local and international cities.
