هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر القيادة الإدارية بمتغيراتها الثلاث (نمط الإشراف، بناء فرق العمل، التحفيز) على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين لدى شركة رواد الهندسة الحديثة ومن ثم الحد من التسرب الوظيفي، كما هدفت إلى تحديد مدى تأثير المتغيرات الديموغرافية على استجابات العاملين لتأثير القيادة الادارية على الرضا الوظيفي. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعان بالاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، حيث تم توزيع 165 نسخة من الاستبيان استرجع منها 165 نسخة تم استبعاد 7 نسخ لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل، وبقية 158 نسخة قابلة للدراسة، حيث اجري عليها التحليل الإحصائي لتحصيل البيانات الخام المكونة من إجابات عينة الدراسة

This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative leadership with its three variables (supervision style, team building, and motivation) on the job satisfaction of employees at Rowad Modern Engineering Company and thus reduce job dropout. It also aimed to determine the extent of the impact of demographic variables on workers’ responses to the influence of leadership. Management on job satisfaction. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. 165 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, of which 165 copies were retrieved. 7 copies were excluded because they were not suitable for analysis, and the remaining 158 copies were studyable, as statistical analysis was conducted on them to collect the raw data consisting of the answers of the study sample. The SPSS program was also used to analyze the study data.
