هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية برنامج سلوكي في تحسين الوظائف التَّنْفِيذِيَّة لدى الأطفال ذوي فرط الحركة وتشتُّت الانتباه، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج شبه التجريبي (ذو المجموعة الواحدة)، تكونت العينة الأساسية من (5) أطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة من المترددين على مركز رؤية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالقاهرة، تم تطبيق الأدوات الآتية: مقياس ستانفورد-بينيه للذكاء (الصورة الخامسة) (إعداد جال رويد، تعريب وتقنيين: محمود أبو النيل، 2011)، اختبار اضطراب نقص الانتباه مفرط الحركة (ترجمة وتقنين: عبدالرقيب البحيري، مصطفي عبد المحسن الحديبي، 2014)، مقياس مستوى نمو الوظائف التَّنْفِيذِيَّة لدى الأطفال (إعداد: عبد العزيز الشخص، وأمين صبري، ورضا خيري، وإيمان نوار)، البرنامج السُّلوكيَّ لتحسين الوظائف التَّنْفِيذِيَّة (إعداد: الباحث). وأظهرت النتائج فعالية البرنامج السُّلوكيَّ في تنمية الوظائف التَّنْفِيذِيَّة لدى الأطفال ذوي فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه، كما كان للبرنامج أثرا في خفض حدة أعراض فرط الحركة ونقص الانتباه لدى أطفال العينة.
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a behavioral counseling program in developing executive functions in children with attention deficit accompanied by hyperactivity. The current study relied on the quasi-experimental (one-group) approach. The basic sample consisted of (5) children in the early childhood stage who attend at the Vision Center for those with special needs in Cairo, the following tools were applied: Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale (fifth picture), (prepared by Gal Royd, Arabized and codified by Mahmoud Abul Nil, 2011), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Test (Translated and codified by: Abdel Raqeeb El Behairy , Mustafa Abdel Mohsen Al Hudaybi, 2014), Scale of the Level of Executive Functions Development in Children (prepared by Abdel Aziz Al Khashab, Amin Sabry, Reda Khairy, and Iman Nawar), the Behavioral Program for Improving Executive Functions (prepared by the researcher). The results showed the effectiveness of the behavioral counseling program in developing executive functions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
