تفتقر التكوينات العمرانية على المسطحات المائية فى مصر الى مايميزها ويعطيها انطباعا خاصا لها و صورة ذهنية راسخة لدى المشاهد ، بعكس التكوينات العمرانية المطلة على المسطحات المائية عالميا ، فنجد ما يميز تكويناتها المعمارية بصريا مثل اوبرا سيدنى باستراليا وغيرها حتى اصبحت علامة مميزة لهذة المدن (city branding) كذلك التشوة فى الصورة البصرية للمنشأت ذات العلاقة المباشرة بالمسطحات المائية نتيجة العديد من التعديات دون الالتفاف للقيمة البيئية والجمالية للمكان .وعلية يمكن ايجاز المشكلة البحثية فى (تأثير الصورة البصرية للمدينة سلبا نتيجة عدم التناغم بين المسطحات المائية والمبانى المطلة عليها ) ولذلك يكون الهدف الرئيسى من الدراسة هو تحقيق التناغم والتكامل والترابط بين التكوينات المعمارية والبيئة المحيطة بها.
Formations on the water bodies in Egypt lack what distinguishes them and gives them a special impression and a sound mental image for the viewer , in contrast to the urban formations overlooking the water bodies globally , so we find what it distinguishes its architectural formations visually , such as the Sydney opera in Australia and others , until it become a distinctive sign for these cities ( city branding ) , as well as the deformation in the visual image of the facilities directly related to water bodies as a result of many encroachments without circumventing the environmental and aesthetic value of the place . accordingly the research problem can be summarized in ( the effect of the visual image of the city negatively as a result of the lack of harmony between the water bodies and the buildings overlooking them ) therefore , the main objective of the study is to achieve harmony , integration and interdependence between the architectural formations and the surrounding environment .
