تهدف الدراسة إلى التطرق للتهديدات الداخلية والخارجية التى تواجه أداء التنظيمات الإرهابية، وما قد تؤثر فيه على جدول أعمالها ونشاطها، متخذة من تنظيم القاعدة نموذجاً للتطبيق، خاصة فى الفترة منذ أحداث الحادى عشر من سبتمبر 2001 حتى فترة الانتهاء وفق آخر تحديث للدراسة فى سنة 2023؛ وذلك بغرض التوصل إلى الحالات التى يمكن أن يكون فيها التنظيم الإرهابى أكثر ضعفًا، الأمر الذى قد يؤدى إلى هدم التنظيم وتحلله إذا ما أمكن للأجهزة المعنية استغلال نقاط الضعف هذه وتقوية تلك التهديدات، بالإضافة إلى الإحاطة بمعلومات عن الطبيعة الداخلية لهذا المجتمع والآلية التى يتعامل بها لتقوية نقاط ضعفه، والتكيف معها للحفاظ على استمراريته، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على تساؤل مفاداه : ما هي التهديدات الداخلية والخارجية التى تواجه شبكة تنظيم القاعدة؟ وما مدى تأثير تلك التهديدات على القدرة العملياتية للتنظيم ووصوله لأهدافه؟ وتساؤل آخر فرعى يوضح: ما هى استراتيجيات شبكة تنظيم القاعدة لمواجهة التهديدات داخليًّا وخارجيًّا؟ وهل نجح التنظيم فى التكيف مع تلك التهديدات والحفاظ على بقاء خلاياه أم لا ؟ ، وللإجابة على ما سبق فقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاثة فصول، (الفصل الأول) بمثابة دراسة للعوامل المختلفة لنشأة التنظيمات الإرهابية ومراحل تطورها واختلافها ومن بينها العوامل المنشأة لشبكة القاعدة ، فى حين يتناول (الفصل الثانى) التهديدات المواجهة لشبكة القاعدة بشقيها الداخلي والخارجي، بينما يسلط (الفصل الثالث) الضوء على استراتيجية القاعدة للتكيف مع التهديدات المواجهة لها بشقيها الداخلى والخارجى، وذلك فى إطار مواصلة مشروعها عبر خططها الموضوعة، مع تقييم الاستراتيجيات المختلفة التي اتبعت لمكافحة التنظيم من قبل الأجهزة المعنية وتطور أسلوب القاعدة فى التعامل معها . وفى الخاتمة توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: إن امتلاك (القاعدة) القدرة على التعلم ساعد فى التقليل من خسارتها ورفع مستوى خبراتها فى ميادين حساسة مثل: (صنع العبوات والقنص والاستخبارات والنشاطات اللوجيستية والتغطية الإعلامية) مما ساعد فى تطوير استراتيجيتها فى التعامل مع مهدداتها ، الأمر الذى يستلزم ضرورة تكثيف الدراسة لمصادر التعلم التى يعتمد عليها التنظيم، كذلك دراسة محتوى الآدبيات التى يقوم بإخراجها التنظيم فى صور مختلفة كمصادر تعلم لأعضائه أو للهواه ؛ وذلك للوقوف على أثر عملية التعلم على تكيف التنظيم مع مهدداته قبل أن تكتمل، ومنها محاولة العمل على إزالة العوامل التى تسهل للتنظيم عملية التعلم والتكيف من خلال تعظيم مهدداته التى يواجهها ووضع استراتيجيات مواجهة مضادة أكثر تناسبًا مع تطور الأداء التنظيمى لشبكة القاعدة.

The study aims to address the internal and external threats facing the performance of terrorist organizations and what might affect their agenda and activity, using Al-Qaeda as a model for implementation, especially in the period from the events of 11 September 2001 until the completion of the study in 2023; To arrives at the cases where the terrorist organization may be more vulnerable, which may lead to the demolition and analysis of the organization if the relevant agencies can exploit these weaknesses and strengthen those threats, in addition to taking note of the internal nature of this society and the mechanism dealing with To strengthen its weaknesses and adapt to maintain its continuity, by answering the question: What are the internal and external threats facing the Al-Qaeda network, and how much of those threats affect the operational capacity of the organization and reach its objectives? And tries another sub-question that explains: What are the strategies of Al-Qaeda network to face threats internally and externally, and has the organization succeeded in adapting to those threats and maintaining the survival of its cells or not? To answer the above, the study was divided into three chapters. Chapter I is a study of the various factors of the emergence and development stages of terrorist organizations, while Chapter II deals with the threats facing the Al-Qaeda network in both its internal and external aspects,and the third one sheds light on Al-Qaeda’s strategy to cope with the threats facing it, as part of the continuation To adapt to the threats facing it, while evaluating the various strategies adopted to combat the organization by the concerned agencies and the development of the way Al Qaeda in dealing with them.In conclusion, the study reached several results, the most important of which were: Al Qaeda's possession of the ability to learn helped reduce its loss and raise the level of its expertise in sensitive fields such as: (packaging making, hunting, intelligence, logistical activities, and media coverage), which helped develop its strategy in dealing with its threats, which necessitates the necessity of intensifying the study of the learning sources that the organization depends on, as well as studying the content of literature that the organization produces in various forms; To assess the impact of the learning process on the organization's adaptation to its threats before they are completed, such as attempting to eliminate factors that make it easier to learn and adapt by maximizing its threats and developing counter-response strategies that are more appropriate to the evolving organizational performance of Al Qaeda.
