Summary: Sixty-one patients diagnosed with post lower limb burn from both genders with age between 20-50 years, with 2nd and 3rd degree of burn were recruited to this study. SWAY Balance and BESS were both administered during one testing session. The order of assessment of SWAY and BESS was randomized and separated by two minutes during the session. Smartphone application “Sway Balance Mobile Application” is a valid alternative for Balance Error Scoring System in assessing balance in patients with post lower limb burn. Further studies should be done in the future.Summary: اشترك 61 مريضًا تم تشخيص إصابتهم بحروق في الطرف السفلي من الدرجة الثانية او الثالثة مر على اصابتهم أكثر من سته أشهر من كلا الجنسين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين العشرين الي الخمسين عامًا. تم عمل زيارة واحده للمرضى، أجروا اختبارات تطبيق سواي ونظام قياس خطأ التوازن. ترتيب التقييم عشوائيًا ومفصولًا بدقيقتين. بناءً على بروتوكول التقييم المحدد في هذه الدراسة، تم تأكيد صلاحيه تطبيق SWAYفي تقييم التوازن في المريض بعد أصابه بحروق في الطرف السفلي.
