Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) -Cairo University, 2022. Summary: This study to determine the effect of muscle energy technique on postpartum sacroiliac dysfunction. A sample of forty women , they were selected and divided randomly into 2 equal groups (A&B). Group (A) : consisted of 20 patients, they received muscle energy technique for 12 sessions . Group (B) : consisted of 20 patients, they received alternative heat and ice for 20 minutes /session . evaluated through visual analog scale and disability using oswestry disability index (ODI) . Summary: هذه الدراسة لتحديد تأثير تقنية الطاقة العضلية على الخلل الوظيفي العجزي الحرقفي بعد الولادة. عينة من أربعين امرأة تم اختيارهن وتقسيمهن عشوائيا إلى 2 مجموعات متساوية (A &B). المجموعة (أ): تكونت من 20 مريضا، تلقوا تقنية طاقة العضلية لمدة 12 جلسة. المجموعة (ب): تكونت من 20 مريضا، تلقوا حرارة وثلجا بديلا لمدة 20 دقيقة/جلسة. تم تقييمها من خلال المقياس التناظري البصري والإعاقة باستخدام مؤشر Oswestry للإعاقة (ODI).
