Summary: تناولت هذه الدراسة الطراز المعمارى والفنى لمجلس النواب المصرى وملحقاته "دراسة أثرية معمارية فنية"، وذلك فى مجلدين: المجلد الأول: يتضمن متـن الرسالـة، والملاحـق، والوثائـق، والخاتمـة، وقائمة المصادر والمراجع. والمجلد الثانى، يتضمن: الخرائـط، والأشكـال، واللوحـات، المقدِّمـة: تناول فيها الباحث سبب اختيار الموضوع وأهمية البحث، والمنهج المقترح لهذا البحث، وأهداف البحث، وإشكاليات البحث، والدراسات السابقة. اما التمهيـد: وقـد قُسِّـم إلى مبحثيـن: المبحث الأول: نشأة الحياة النيابية وتطورها فى مصر حتى عام 1952م وإعلان الجمهورية العربية المتحدة. اما المبحث الثانى: نبذة تاريخية عن مدينة القاهرة، ودور ملوك الأُسرة العلوية فى العمارة، وأهم الأعمال التى قاموا بها، خاصة عمارة البرلمان المصرى .Summary: This study dealt with the architectural and artistic style of the Egyptian House of Representatives and its annexes, an archaeological, architectural and artistic study, in two volumes. The first volume: includes the body of the thesis, appendices and documents, the conclusion, and a list of sources and references. The second volume includes maps, figures, and paintings,:The researcher discussed the reason for choosing the topic, the importance of the research, the proposed methodology for this research, and its objectives Research, research problems, and previous studies. Introduction: It was divided into two sections:The First Section: the emergence of parliamentary life and its development in Egypt until 1952 AD and the declaration of the Arab Republic United. The Second Section: a historical overview of the city of Cairo, the role of the kings of the Alawite dynasty in architecture, and the most important works they performed, especially the architecture of the Egyptian Parliament.
