Summary: هدفت الدراسة التعرُّف على الإطار النظري والمفاهيمي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء الثَّورة الصناعيَّة الرَّابعة، والكشف عن دور المهارات التكنولوجيَّة في تنمية مهارات معلمات رياض الأطفال وفق متغيرات الثَّورة الصناعيَّة الرَّابعة، وبناء تصور مقترح لتنمية مهارات معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء التحوُّل التُّكنولوجي للثَّورة الصناعيَّة الرَّابعة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ لكونه مُلائمًا لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة والدراسة الاستطلاعية كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الجيزة، وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج عدَّة أهمها: عدم توافر وحدات تدريب على المهارات التكنولوجيَّة لمعلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال لتكون على اتصال دائم بالمعلمات؛ لضمان بقاء أثر التدريب.Summary: The study aimed to identify the conceptual theoretical framework for kindergarten teachers in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, reveal the role of technological skills in developing the skills of kindergarten teachers according to the variables of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and build a proposed vision for developing the skills of kindergarten teachers in light of the technological Appropriate to the nature of the study. The questionnaire and the exploratory study were used as tools for collecting data. The study sample consisted of kindergarten teachers in Giza Governorate. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the lack of training units on technological skills for kindergarten teachers to be in constant contact with the teachers to ensure that the impact of the training remains.
