هدفت الرسالة إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج إرشادي لخفض بعض المشكلات النفسية للأطفال زارعي القوقعة المدمجين مع أقرانهم العاديين، واستمرارية هذه الفاعلية بعد فترة المتابعة، تكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من (10) أطفال زارعي القوقعة المدمجين مع أقرانهم العاديين والملحقين المدارس بالتعليم العام ويتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية من (6-9) سنوات بمتوسط عمري (7.5) وانحراف معياري (0.28).
واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس ستانفورد بينيه للذكاء الصورة الخامسة (تقنين/محمود أبوالليل، 2011) استمارة دراسة حالة (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس المشكلات النفسية (إعداد الباحثة) وبرنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي (إعداد الباحثة) لخفض بعض المشكلات النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة (التجريبية).
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان البرنامج الإرشادي أثبت فاعليته في خفض بعض المشكلات النفسية (الاعتمادية-الانسحابية-القلق-العدوانية) للأطفال زارعي القوقعة المدمجين مع أقرانهم العاديين، بالإضافة إلى استمرارية فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي لخفض بعض المشكلات النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة، كما ظهر في القياس التتبعي بعد شهر ونصف من تطبيق البرنامج.

The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program to reduce some psychological problems for children with cochlear implants integrated with their regular peers, and the extent of the continuity of this effectiveness after the follow-up period. The sample of the current study consisted of (10) children with cochlear implants integrated with their regular peers and attached to schools with general education, and it ranges from Their chronological ages range from (6-9) years, with an average age of (7.5) and a standard deviation of (0.28).
The study tools included the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, Fifth Form (Codification/Mahmoud Abu Al-Lail) , a data collection form (prepared by the researcher), a scale of psychological problems (prepared by the researcher) , and a cognitive-behavioral counseling program (prepared by the researcher) to reduce some psychological problems among the study sample. The study used the one-group experimental method (experimental).
The results of the study concluded that the counseling program proved effective in reducing psychological problems, in addition to the continued effectiveness of the counseling program in reducing psychological problems, as appeared in the follow-up measurement after a month and a half of implementing the program
