This dissertation delves into the transformative impact of right-wing populist parties on the European Integration Process, focusing on three main case studies: The National Rally in France, the AfD in Germany, and the Northern League in Italy. These parties have emerged as influential political players, challenging the traditional pro-European consensus with their skepticism of greater integration and advocacy of national sovereignty. The study examines the ideological foundations, electoral strategies, and political agendas of each party to clarify their roles in shaping national policies and influencing the decision-making process in the EU. By comparing their paths and impacts, the research highlights the implications for the governance of EU institutions, and the evolving nature of the European Integration Process amidst growing populist challenges, especially in the three most important and effective countries in the EU.
The study concluded that the rapid rise of right-wing populist parties in the three countries, played an important role in threatening the EU project as a whole, as these three countries represent a historical symbol and an impregnable fortress within the European Integration Process since its inception. Especially since the basic political ideology of these parties depends directly on questioning the European project as a whole and adopting national interests at the expense of European Integration.

تتعمق هذه الأطروحة في التأثير التحويلي للأحزاب الشعبوية اليمينية على عملية التكامل الأوروبي، مع التركيز على ثلاث دراسات حالة رئيسية: حزب التجمع الوطني في فرنسا، وحزب البديل من أجل ألمانيا في ألمانيا، وحزب رابطة الشمال في إيطاليا. وقد برزت هذه الأحزاب كلاعبين سياسيين مؤثرين، متحدية الإجماع التقليدي المؤيد لأوروبا بتشككها في تحقيق المزيد من التكامل والدعوة إلى السيادة الوطنية. و تتناول الدراسة الأسس الأيديولوجية والاستراتيجيات الانتخابية والأجندات السياسية لكل حزب لتوضيح أدوارها في تشكيل السياسات الوطنية والتأثير على عملية صنع القرار في الاتحاد الأوروبي. ومن خلال مقارنة مساراتها وتأثيراتها، يسلط البحث الضوء على الآثار المترتبة على حوكمة مؤسسات الاتحاد الأوروبي، والطبيعة المتطورة لعملية التكامل الأوروبي وسط التحديات الشعبوية المتزايدة خاصة في الدول الثلاثة الأكثر أهمية وفاعلية في الإتحاد الأوروبي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصعود السريع لأحزاب اليمين الشعبوي في الدول الثلاثة، موضوع الدراسة، قد لعب دورا هاما وحيويا في تهديد مشروع الإتحاد الأوروبي ككل، حيث تمثل تلك الدول الثلاث رمزا تاريخيا وحصنا منيعا داخل عملية التكامل الأوروبي منذ نشأتها. خاصة وأن الإيدولوجية السياسية الأساسية لتلك الأحزاب تعتمد بشكل مباشر على التشكيك في المشروع الأوروبي ككل و تبني المصالح القومية على حساب التكامل الأوروبي.
