Summary: This study was conducted in collaboration with Guy’s and St. Thomas Hospital in the UK on a total number of 85 patients who visited the KS MDT clinic, and on a total number of 78 patients who visited the Andrology, Sexology, & STDs clinic and a specialized andrology centre to appreciate the importance of this MDT setting in managing these patients in a different way coherent with the nature of the syndrome. This study proved the importance of this setting and collaboration of different specialties in optimizing the assessment and management of KS. As well, it highlighted the percentage of sperm retrieval in the Egyptian cohort, noting the importance of implementing new techniques in such cases.Summary: لقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة بالتعاون مع مستشفى جايز اند سانت توماس على عدد كلى ٨٥ مريض فى المملكة المتحدة البريطانية من المترددين على عيادة متلازمة كلاينفلتر متعددة النهج وعلى عدد ٧٨ مريض من المترددين على عيادة طب وجراحة أمراض الذكورة والتناسل بالقصر العينى جامعة القاهرة وعيادات الذكورة المتخصصة لتوضيح مدى أهمية هذا النهج فى تقييم حالة عيانين المتلازمة وعلاجهم بشكل مختلف يتسق مع طبيعة المتلازمة. أثبتت الدراسة أهمية هذا النسق و تداخل مختلف التخصصات فى تحسين تقييم وعلاج هذه المتلازمة، كما أوضحت نسبة استخراج الحيوانات المنوية للفوج المصرى والتى توضح بالإيجاب مدى أهمية استخدام التقنيات الحديثة فى مثل هذه الحالات.
