تناولت هذه الدراسة فتاوى الإمام ابن حجر الهيتمي –رحمه الله-، وكان الهدف منها بيان مكانة فتاوى ابن حجر، وما هي الأصول والقواعد التي اعتمدها في إصدار فتاويه. وقد بدأت الدراسة بعد بيان حقيقة الفتوى، بدراسة شخصية الإمام ابن حجر ، ثم شرعت في بيان الأصول والأدلة التي اعتمد عليها الإمام ابن حجر، وأهم القواعد والمصادر التي اعتمدها ، وذلك من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي الاستنباطي.

The study began, after explaining the truth of the fatwa, by studying the personality of Imam Ibn Hajar in terms of his era, his life, his writings, the scholars’ praise of him, and his death. The most important rules and sources that he adopted, and the impact of his fatwas on some contemporary issues, through the inductive, analytical.
