هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية والضغوط الحياتية والنفسية لدي الأمهات المعيلات(المطلقات- الأرامل-المتزوجات)، وكانت عينة الدراسة (150)أم معيلة (50 أم مطلقة 50 أم أرملة-50 أم متزوجة)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن،وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس اليقظة العقلية للأمهات المعيلات من اعداد الباحثة ومقياس الضغوط الحياتية والنفسية من اعداد الباحثة واستمارة المستوي الاقتصادي الاجتماعي من اعداد الباحثة،وتوصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية: وجود ارتباط دال سالب بين اليقظة العقلية وأبعادها وبعض الضغوط الحياتية والنفسية وأبعادها لدي الأمهات المعيلات ،لاتوجد فروق دالة بين كل من الأمهات المعيلات المطلقات والأمهات المعيلات الأرامل علي مقياس اليقظة العقلية ولا في (الضغوط الأسرية،الضغوط المهنية، القلق ،الاحباط،الدرجة الكلية للمقياس) علي مقياس الضغوط الحياتية والنفسية،توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في المستوي الاقتصادي الاجتماعي بين الأمهات المعيلات(المطلقات والمتزوجات) لصالح المطلقات،لاتوجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الأمهات المعيلات (المطلقات والأرامل) في المستوي الاقتصادي الاجتماعي
The study aimed to identify the relationship between mental alertness and life and psychological pressures of breadwinning mothers. The study sample consisted of 150 breadwinning mothers (50 divorced mothers, 50 widowed mothers, 50 married mothers). The researcher used a comparative correlational descriptive approach. The study tools included a mental alertness scale for breadwinning mothers developed by the researcher, a life and psychological pressures scale developed by the researcher, and a socio-economic level questionnaire developed by the researcher. The study reached the following results: There is a negative correlation between mental alertness and its dimensions and some life and psychological pressures and their dimensions for breadwinning mothers. There are no significant differences between divorced breadwinning mothers and widowed breadwinning mothers in the mental alertness scale and in the (family pressures, work pressures, anxiety, frustration, total scale score) in the life and psychological pressures scale. There are significant differences in the socio-economic level between breadwinning mothers (divorced and married). There are no statistically significant differences between single mothers(Divorced women and widows) at the social economic level.
