Summary: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم القيادة الموقفية – التعرف على ابعاد القيادة الموقفية بمؤسسات رياض الاطفال - التعرف على واقع تطبيق القيادة الموقفية في مؤسسات رياض الاطفال فى ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة - التعرف على الفروق المتوقعة لاستخدام القيادة الموقفية في مؤسسات رياض الاطفال في ضوء عدد سنوات الخبرة - التعرف على درجة ممارسة التأثير المثالي لمؤسسات رياض الاطفال من ابعاد القيادة الموقفية من وجهة نظر( المديرين- المعلمات) وخبرات بعض الدول المتقدمه. وتكونت العينة من ( 60) مديرات رياض الاطفال، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، وموزعة على (60) روضة. واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استمارة استبيان وزعت على مديرات رياض الاطفال ، تألفت من أربعة أبعاد أساسية، يهدف كل بعد فيها الحصول على معلومات وبيانات تخدم غرضا أو أكثر من الأهداف البحثية للدراسة.وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن القيادة هامة جدا ولها الدور الأول والمؤثر في تطوير أي نظام أو موسسة. هناك تحديات كبيرة تواجه الإدارة التعليمية في دولة ، تمثلت في الجمود المخيم على أداء المديرين للعملية التعليمية. Summary: The primary objective of this study is to identify the developmental requirements of kindergartens in the context of situational leadership dimensions and the experiences of some advanced countries. The study's sample comprised 60 kindergarten directors. The research employed a survey on situational leadership administered to these directors. To achieve this goal, the study aimed to gain insights into the conceptual framework of kindergarten institutions. This involved exploring the theoretical foundations of situational leadership and examining the experiences of select countries in the field of kindergarten institution development. The intention was to leverage these insights to support Egyptian efforts in this domain. The study utilized a survey on situational leadership administered to kindergarten directors. By doing so, it sought to evaluate the effectiveness of the developmental requirements for kindergartens in light of situational leadership dimensions and the experiences of some advanced countries. Key Findings The research culminated in an assessment of the effectiveness of the developmental requirements for kindergartens, considering the dimensions of situational leadership and drawing from the experiences of advanced countries. The findings provide valuable insights that contribute to the ongoing efforts to enhance kindergarten institutions
