The thesis is composed of a literature and two original parts. In part I, N,N'-(Pyridine-2,6diyl)bis(2-((4-amino-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl)thio)acetamides were synthesized and used as precursors for the synthesis of novel bis(tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline-4,6-dione) 8 tethered N,N'-(pyridine-2,6-diyl)bis(2-mercaptoacetamide) linked to N,N'-(pyridine-2,6diyl)bis(2-mercaptoacetamide) core via multi-component Hantzsch-like reactions. In part II, a new combination of hexahydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b]quinazolines, tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolines, and decahydropyrimido[4,5-b]quinolines connected to 2-methoxyphenoxy-N-arylacetamide groups through Biginelli and Hantzsch reactions is revealed. Elementary analysis and spectral data were employed to validate the compositions of all the new compounds.
تتألف الرسالة من مقدمة وجزئين أساسيين. في الجزء الأول، ت م تصنيع N,N'-) بيريدين- 6,2- دييل( ثنائي)2-))4-أمينو- ديهيدروبيريميدين-2- يل(ثيو(أسيتاميدات واستخدامها كمواد أولية لتصنيع مركبات ثنائي)تيتراهيدروبيريميد-5,4][bكينولين-6,4- ديون( الجديدة المرتبطة بـ N,N'-) بيريدين- 6,2-دييل( ثنائي)2-مركابتوأسيتاميد ( المرتبطة بـ N,N' - )بيريدين- 6,2- دييل( ثنائي)2- مركابتوأسيتاميد( من خلال تفاعلات شبيهة بهانتش متعدد ة المكونات. في الجزء الثاني، تم تصنيع تركيبة جديدة من هيكساهيدرو-]41,2[ تريازولو[b-1,5]كوينازولين ، وتتراهيدروبينزو[4,5] إيميدازو[b-1,2]كوينازولين،وقد تم تشييد مركبات ديكاهيدروبيريميدو[b-5,4]كينولين المرتبطة بمجموعات 2-ميثوكسيفينوكسي-N- أريل أسيتاميد من خلال تفاعلات بيجينيلي وهانتش. تم استخدام التحليل العنصري والبيانات الطيفية للتحقق من صحة تركيبات جميع المركبات الجديد ة.
