تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التحديات والعقبات التي تواجه العديد من المشاريع، مثل عدم القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية أو تجاوز الميزانيات المحددة مسبقًا. كما يتناول البحث تعقيدات اتخاذ القرار، نظرًا لأهمية النتائج المترتبة عليه. من هذا المنطلق، تسعى الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي على إدارة المشروعات، مع دراسة حالة تطبيقية على إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة المشروعات. وقد أسفرت النتائج الرئيسية عما يلي: وجود تأثير إيجابي ملموس لأدوات وأساليب الذكاء الاصطناعي على إدارة المشروعات، مما يسهم في تحسين الأداء وزيادة الكفاءة. يساهم اهتمام الشركة بتطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وبناء بنية تحتية رقمية قوية في قدرتها على مواكبة التغيرات السريعة في البيئة المحيطة.
- أن تخصيص الشركة لميزانية محددة لصيانة وتطوير البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات يسهم في تقليل مخاطر التقادم أو التأخير في العمليات التشغيلية التي تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي. وأبرز التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة تشمل: - تعزيز تطبيق تكنولوجيا إنترنت الأشياء: (IoT) ينبغي على الشركات الاستثمار في تقنيات إنترنت الأشياء لربط الأجهزة والأنظمة ببعضها البعض، مما يعزز من جمع البيانات وتحليلها بشكل أكثر فعالية، ويدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.- تخصيص ميزانية مستدامة لتطوير أنظمة التوقع واستشراف المستقبل: (Prediction Systems) يجب على الشركات أن تستثمر في تطوير أنظمة التوقع التي تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث تسهم هذه الأنظمة في التنبؤ بالتحديات المحتملة وتقديم سيناريوهات بديلة لإدارة المخاطر بفعالية.
- الاهتمام بتدريب وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية: ينبغي على الشركات التركيز على تدريب موظفيها على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة، لضمان تحقيق أقصى استفادة من هذه التقنيات في تحسين الأداء وإدارة المشاريع. - تطوير سياسات مرنة لإدارة المشاريع: يجب على الشركات تبني سياسات مرنة وقابلة للتكيف مع التغيرات السريعة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مما يساعد على استغلال فرص النمو وتجاوز التحديات المستقبلية

The study aims to shed light on some problems and obstacles that face many projects. For instance, failure to finish the project on time or according to the budget formerly agreed upon. As well as decision making, which is not easy because of the consequences it entails. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the impact of artificial intelligence on project management by application on one of the leading companies specialized in information technology and project management. The analytical method is used as it suits the nature of the study, which consists of (150) survey forms in which the researcher used questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. Afterwards, the results are scrutinized and extracted by applying some statistical methods included in the Statistical Program for Social Sciences. (SPSS) The predominant results of the research indicated: The existence of a positive impact of artificial intelligence tools on project management. The company's interest in developing information and communication technology and building a solid infrastructure has contributed to keep up with any change that occurs in the near future. The company’s interest in monitoring and providing a specified budget for the maintenance and development of the infrastructure of the information technology and communication. This will eventually prevent the occurrence of obsolescence or delays in the operational processes based on artificial intelligence tools. The most important recommendations: -The importance of companies providing more attention to the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. -The need to monitor and provide a special budget for the maintenance and development of prediction systems, because of their importance in the field of forecasting, the development of possible scenarios and alternative plans, as well as assistance in risk management.
